We first started to use Marriagevisahelp after our first visa was refused because they wouldn’t accept my wife’s English speaking certificate – it has to be the latest UK one. This caused a delay of 6 months. There are mistakes to be made. Thankfully, due to Philip and Ross thoroughness there were no more mistakes. My wife just got her ILR visa after 5 years and we will use MVH again to get her citizenship. Just received my extension of UK residence for another 2 and a half years, and I am sure that without MarriageVisaHelp that would be almost (if not definitely)impossible. 
My husband (Mark is British) and I (Katya from Moscow) spend over two years in London on my previous visa. 
A bit of history: my previous visa also was arranged with help of Philip Krylov (Senior Immigration Consultant from marriagevisahelp.com) after the first visa attempt which I did on my own was rejected. The reason why I fist tried it without any legal help is because I thought that our case is so simple and nothing could go wrong: Mark and I knew each other for 7 years, already got married in UK, have all possible evidence of our relationship, Mark was working in a bank in London, all my previous visas to UK I arranged my myself, I speak good English and know in general how to deal with preparation of documents and fill legal forms etc. I did visitor visa and marriage (visa which allows you to come to UK and get married, but then you have to leave) by myself and never had any issues.So, yes, my first visa was rejected: it turned out my case was not as simple as I thought, I just did not know all the details of that unpleasant process.
