Compact bushy plants produce masses of small, upward-pointing hot chilli peppers that work especially well in Thai cuisine. Picking will encourage the plant to produce more chillies, so harvest regularly.
Chilli pepper ‘Demon’ has been awarded the RHS Recommended: Award of Garden Merit, and has a Scoville heat rating of 40,000 SHU. Take care when handling the fruits and wash your hands well after working with them.

I’ve grown these for years and I love them. They dry quickly as only small handy for the winter. You don’t get many seeds in packet and they are tiny so be careful when planting them. Quite hot chillis but not overly hot.
