I think the plants were probably OK when they left you but Evri are not to be trusted with live plants. The box arrived battered. One of the 2 trays in it was fine but the plants in the other had all been shaken up so they were out of their modules and the compost, which was very dry gad been shaken off their roots. The plants were all alive and will recover with time but we're only about half the size of the undamaged ones.

Very disappointed with plants received both from a quality point of view of the plants ( wallflowers) which were very etiolated and the courier service used (Evri). 3 out of 4 supports in the box were snapped so a number of the plants had stems and shoots broken.
Replacements weren’t available but was offered a voucher . The voucher was for £6 plants cost £ 22 and Evri it turns out is your only courier so I won’t be using the voucher and unlikely to be a future Marshalls customer unless courier changed. Which is a shame because have been satisfied with purchases in the past.

Excellent service and very pleased with the onion sets and garlic bulbs.

Items arrived when expected. They seem to be good quality. All has been planted so I await the results.

generally pleased with the garlic bulbs, there were two or three cloves not good enough to plant, but that's nature, no one would have been aware of that

Plants were in perfect condition, beautifully packaged and arrived on time

Plants arrived dried up. Out of there planters upside down. Looked like they had been kicked up the garden path. I’ve spent the last week trying to revive them.

Very good quality bulbs and onion sets. Bought loads of flower seeds too which will create a good show next year. Very timely delivery

No problem with the order. The onion sets look fine. Unfortunately they were delivered by Evri so were not delivered with care. Left late at night in the rain. I can’t really blame Marshall’s but I am getting fed up with Evri and i am reluctant to by on line if this company will be delivering.

Evri’s reputaition is appalling in my area
Marshals is a wonderful company but I’m sorry to say I will not be ordering again
