I have only received half my order
The courier used is Evri and I was told by Marshals I would get the second half the next day. Didn’t happen!!
Evri’s reputaition is appalling in my area
Marshals is a wonderful company but I’m sorry to say I will not be ordering again
There is no guarrentee I will get it

I had to cancel an order
I had to cancel an order, as it was a Sunday I sent an email. Come Monday the Marshall's team replied saying my request had been processed.

Not impressed with delivery
I ordered Onions and Elephant Garlic. I received an email to say the shipment was on its way. Further correspondence came from Evri. The delivery of the onions was received but no garlic. On viewing my account on your website order had been completed. I phoned and was told that the garlic was not in yet, but my account still said order complete! When Evri contact they quote Westland Horticutural each time - no mention of Marshalls! All very confusing and inefficient. The garlic is due today - let's hope it comes.

Hello again everyone at Marshalls. Thank you for my little broccoli plants. They arrived in very good condition, and are now growing well. After my own plant failure due in part to flea beetle, I am pleased I will still have something to eat next year before spring. Thank you.

I ordered some nematodes but when they arrived they were past their use by date. I sent an email asking for a replacement. It arrived in good condition and well within its use by date.

OFF THE SHELF ORDERS FOR SEED AND LIKE ARE DEALT WITH THE SAME AS PLANT ORDERS WHICH HAVE VARIABLE AVAILABILITY OF READYNESS SO COULD CAUSE DELAY WHILE ALL THE PLANTS BECOME AVAILABLE. THIS CAN CAUSE A SIMPLE ORDER FOR A SINGLE ITEM NOT TO MAKE ANY PROGESS TOWARDS DELIVERY FOR OVER A WEEK OR LONGER
