Support way above average. I had an issue connecting to the proxies, and Tristan did everything (and then some) to help me. He was extremely polite and showed real expertise in the field — far from the kind of support you usually get nowadays, where it feels like you’re talking to a robot instead of a person.

They refuse to issue refunds even if you never use the proxies, despite EU consumer law clearly granting that right. Terrible customer service, they’ll say anything to avoid giving your money back. I had to involve my payment provider (Revolut) to get the issue handled, because they simply refused to cooperate.
