Bought mobile proxies from them first. Worked terribly and slowly, and then stopped working at all. The reason is that my country banned a lot of VPNs.

BUT! Their competitors solved my problem in 5 minutes and I quite used both mobile and resident proxies.

I use them a lot so I needed another provider, I settled on MarsProxies and what do you think?

I buy mobile proxies for 100$ a month - they don't work. I write to support - they tell me that everything works for them and they don't know what they are talking about. I try to explain to this stupid support that the reason is my internet, but they don't understand and close the ticket. Then I write about refund. They refuse me, saying that the problem is in me :) AND RECOMMEND THEIR ISP PROXIES.

Ok, I buy their ISP PROXIES. What do you think? Absolutely the same. It doesn't work, I write to support - all in a circle, refusal to refund, my problems and so on. And again they advise me to replenish traffic to regular Residental. I do it.

I think you already know what happens next, proxies don't work again, support again refuses Refund and says it's my problems. Thus, I was just skimmed for money, without warning in advance that the proxies will not work. Even when I said that proxies don't work, they offered me more and more services knowing that proxies don't work for me. I don't recommend this service.

I had an issue with my proxy and Tristan was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He took the time to assist me thoroughly and, even after resolving my issue, he kindly offered to help again in the future if needed. I really appreciated that level of support.

Slow responses at first, asked to change my isp because it had a non australian isp, was referred to a guide that had nothing to do with my question. Prying into my personal information than necessary. Requested a refund, was denied and only replacements which they had non left suitable for me left. Still haven't been issued a refund.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this website’s proxy services. Initially, my experience with their ISP proxies was satisfactory, but after placing around 15 orders, I noticed they repeatedly provided the same subnets, regardless of the geo-location I selected. Upon further inquiry, I learned that in some countries, they only offer two subnets, which significantly compromises the anonymity I expected from the service.

I decided to try their residential proxies, but unfortunately, I was unable to connect to them. I tested the connection with and without a VPN, but the issue persisted. Since I hadn’t used any traffic, I requested a refund for the residential proxies. However, after spending two hours communicating with their support team, I was informed that no refund would be issued and was directed to submit a formal request to their support system. I took the time to provide a detailed explanation of the issue, but received a response stating that no refund would be provided and that the issue was not their responsibility.

Additionally, I requested a refund of my account deposit, but was told this was not possible because I had funded my account with cryptocurrency, which they stated is subject to volatility. I clarified that I had used USDT, a stablecoin, but was informed that their policy does not allow refunds for stablecoin deposits either. This was particularly frustrating, as I found the reasoning unclear.

Overall, the slow response times from customer support (often 15-20 minutes), the limited subnet variety, and the inability to use the residential proxies made my experience very unsatisfactory. I would caution others to carefully review the service’s policies and performance before purchasing.

I contacted their support regarding a different issue, but they noticed my review on Trustpilot and offered to refund my money in exchange for deleting the review. Naturally, I firmly refused, and I have screenshots of the conversation.

Excellent proxies. I bought a NewYork static IP and I love it
