I'm so happy to have found HARS! A quick google search and they came up. After looking at their website and reading all the 5 star reviews I sent my broken hearing aid on Friday afternoon. Monday morning I received an email from Gary with the cost of the repair including a service and 6 months warranty for the repair. I paid by bank transfer (They can also take payment over the phone or via Paypal) and my hearing aid arrived back with me today ....Tuesday! Amazing service at a very reasonable price. If I had gone back to Specsavers I feel sure I would have ended up buying a new pair (They are just out of their warranty period) as lets be honest, its all about the sales for them! I would not hesitate to use HARS again & highly recommend them.

The receiver wire on one of my aids broke and it’s nice to have both working. Quick Google search and I found HARS. Sent an email saying that I’d like both aids serviced. Quick response from Gary
with prices and options. Posted on a Saturday so as to arrive on Monday. Hearing aids delivered Monday morning and email arrived first thing Tuesday morning with my quote. Paid straight away hoping I’d get them back by the Saturday/Sunday. They were back with me today (Friday). What can I say. Brilliant service and not overly expensive. My aids came from Specsavers 5 years ago and have never been serviced or looked at. They cost
£1800. For less than £400 I’ve got basically new hearing aids. So it’s a thumbs up and Thankyou from me👍

I needed a very urgent repair to my hearing aid due to an imminent holiday. I tried a number of more local companies as I live in Brighton but HARS were the only people that offerered on site repairs. I came up on the train that day and I am delighted to report that my hearing aid is repaired and I shall be back for new batteries after the holiday. Brian was great to deal with, he understood my ugency and clearly the rest of the team are first rate too !!!!!

Their service is amazing and after posting my aid late on a Thursday I received the quote on the Friday and received it back Tuesday lunchtime!
I really like that they give 50% of profits to the school for the deaf unlike all the commercial giants out there!
Incredible that I received it back in less time than I was going to have to wait for an appointment locally on top of which would have been repair time too.

Local hearing centre said that my hearing aids could not be fixed as they were unable to get required parts. I found HARS on the web and made contact with Gary who was confident that they could repair the hearing aids. I explained that I needed them back within the week as going on holiday. Absolutely brilliant efficient service. Hearing aids repaired and serviced, just like new and back to me within 4 working days.

Very helpful advice no hidden extras very efficient done and delivered back in 48hours.Would confidently recommend this service to anyone.

Excellent service unfortunately my hearing aids we’re beyond repair but Gary found suitable replacements at a very at very reasonable price and was kept well informed of what was happening well pleased would highly recommend

I contacted HARS after having been told that my 8-year-old hearing aid was unrepairable. Communication was great and instructions for despatching the hearing aid were clear. I was delighted to receive my fully functioning aid back within a few days, together with complimentary batteries. I wouldn't hesitate to use HARS again should the need arise.

Great service and a speedy delivery. I was previously advised that my old hearing aid was no longer supported service wise by the original provider. Fortunately HARS repaired it and it now functions perfectly. I definitely recommend HARS for hearing aid repairs.

From the moment Gary answered my telephone call of Monday January 27, I had the impression that I was in contact with a Company who were very experienced in hearing aid repairs. 7 working days later , my impression was proved to be 100% correct when I received my 10year old Phonak in the ear aids completely repaired and refurbished to a higher standard tham my existing 9 month aids of the same specification .

HARS are a great company to deal with, the service, communication and costings I received were amazing. My Oticon hearing aid is 9 years old and was in poor condition, HARS carried out an excellent refurbishment at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new aid. This is the second time I have used HARS. Turn-around time, repair quality and cost are second to none. Website is excellent and offers all the proper information before you send your hearing aid(s) off. In this case I sent one of my hearing aids on Wednesday and received it back, fully repaired on Saturday - and with a six months guarantee. Most impressive.
