I had a very disappointing experience with Mason Home. I ordered a Seoul Laptop Table, and when I finally got it assembled after returning from travel, I found it to be defective. When I reached out to their support team, they refused to help, citing a 48-hour return policy.
This is completely unreasonable — furniture often requires professional assembly, and not every customer can open and check it the same day. Expecting issues to be reported within 48 hours is unfair and shows a lack of customer empathy.
Instead of resolving a genuine problem, they hid behind rigid policies and left me with a defective product. Very poor after-sales support. I would not recommend Mason Home to anyone looking for reliable service or customer care.
