Really bad downtime even though they claim "high-availability". As I write this their servers are down not only on my VPS but also their own website.

massivegrid.com Horrible bad server
I decided to purchase a VPS server from Contabo, so I searched for "Contabo status" on Google to check for any recent updates about their service status before making the purchase. However, I ended up on a promotional page on massivegrid.com, where they offered a special deal for Contabo users, but the page contained negative feedback about Contabo.
Despite this, I bought two servers through the promotion because the prices were very cheap. Unfortunately, after a few days of use, I noticed that the servers were frequently going offline. I set up a ping service to monitor their availability and found that the servers were going offline almost every day.
I contacted their support, and they changed the location of one server from Germany to the UK, but the issue persisted. After several more days with brief outages of 10-20 minutes almost daily, the second server in Germany went offline for almost 3 hours. Their support team explained that the power was shut down, there were network issues, and other problems.
How can a company like this not have alternative power sources in place? I used the service for about a month and a half and requested compensation for the last month due to the repeated outages, but they refused.
Unstable Network Servers oversold & No support - AVOID MASSIVEGRID
We have been clients for sometime they used to be good but about 2 weeks ago went down hill daily drop outs support not replying,
the past 72 hours has by far been the worst and made me loose all my trust in massive grid , over 8% CPU Steal over 300 outages (we are running hetrix tools) and only massive grid is getting flags my other providers don't get flagged so before you quote its mis-reporting its not. we use massive grid for phone systems and you have gone too far overselling and not opting for reliability. we are requesting a reply from massive grid and hoping a negative review may trigger this and we are being totally ghosted by the support team

Company charges the card without permission.
This company is a scam. They are just taking money from the customer's added card info in their accounts. I had ordered a VPS last month for 1 month. For the second month, i didn't approve any transaction, they just pulled the amount. When i asked for refund , they simply denied showing their TOS. I religiously don't recommend to do any kind of business with such a company especially with massivGRiD. If still you purchase their services, you will come to know at the later stage that i warned you already.

MassiveGRID has been fantastic to work with. Their support team is super fast at responding, and the IP quality really stands out. The network is clearly premium. Up to now, the experience has been smooth—definitely recommend!
Review of MassiveGRID
MassiveGRID is what I tried out recently & to be honest, it really blew my mind. It is evident that this company can be trusted and I would not hesitate to use them again.
I decided on the VPS which was being offered at $2 per month in their summer plan -- an amazing price for such good specs!. This plan had a special feature of providing very high bandwidth; mine was 20TB, while most other companies give less than 1TB!.
I also had a great experience with their customer service. They were quick to respond and give solutions that were easy to understand without keeping me on hold for long. On top of that the automated deployment system was really cool. With this innovation I could avoid going through the inconvenience of waiting around for someone to manually deploy my server.
In general terms, I have had an extremely positive encounter with MassiveGRID & therefore would advise anyone after top quality VPS at a cost that defies competition, not to look any further than them!

Overall I've been impressed. Big plus point was the ability to buy VPS access and be able to use it pretty much immediately even in the middle of the night, whereas with many other companies you have to wait for their team to arrive in the office, and it may take an hour or two. Support was also pretty responsive considering I didn't have any special support package. Submit a ticket and help given within 20 or 30 minutes, day or night. However, perhaps check what extra bolt-ons you need, eg backup services, etc, as this would drive the price up. You can also get a remote windows desktop machine by ordering a VPS with windows installed, eg if your laptop is underpowered and you want a more powerful machine but don't want a large financial outlay.
