I am so sorry for the delayed response on this review platform but perhaps you were able to get into contact with our Customer Service team? Since 2003 we have had our 30 capsules versions and they are excellent products, the Doctor and Patient versions, do have 50 capsules and are more expensive for a bottle but you do save on the per capsules price. For all of our products we have a full money back guarantee and since it has been so long I feel obliged to send you a free bottle. Again, sorry for the confusion while ordering and not getting back to you sooner!

Hi Geralyn, I am so sorry that this wasn't responded to sooner via this review platform but hopefully you were able to contact one of our staff members via phone or e-mail to get an explanation. Some enzymes are fermented of off substrates like bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms. After the fermentation process the original substrate material is no longer traceable in the enzyme itself. I hope this helps!
