The clippers are very much heavier than I had anticipated and may prove to be unusable due to arthritic fingers.

Excellent customer service, they are a great British company. Plenty of choice of budget scissors if you don't want to shell out hundreds of pounds. Great for both commercial grooming and home grooming.

Had my clippers for 18 months and the cog teeth snapped, as they were still in warranty I was sent a new part this was easy to fix and sent out straight away!! Lovely customer service and the best clippers for the hairiest of cobs and they’re quick, quiet and cordless would definitely recommend the HDR

Clippers are fantastic only complaint would be one battery packed up quite quick and could really do with a coarser a2 blade for dairy cattle clipping

We sell A2 coarse blades separately but it depends which clipper you have as to wether they fit it. Can't fault the company
Can't fault the company, ordered in the morning, and was here next day. Unfortunately, I had to return the clippers as was buying them for a farmer friend, but found out they had already bought a set of masterclip clippers. Returning them was easy and quick, and had my refund in 2 days
