I'm having no response on a duplicate order made in error hence will have no option but to raise a complaint and a credit card claim.

The returns process is borderline illegal. You are faced at the return portal with only an option of exchange. I contacted and they advised the return portal was not working as it should. If I return the item I would receive a full refund. The item has since been returned. Now 2 weeks later I receive a further e-mail to ask me if I would like a credit note or refund please go to the portal. Once again I am unable to access the portal. This e-mail is despite an e-mail a week ago to state they had issued the refund. It would appear they make the return process do complex and avoid paying refunds that it is borderline illegal.

Very disappointing experience with Matrix Menswear.

I returned an item that didn’t fit, fully in line with their stated returns policy (unworn, tags attached, original packaging). They were very reluctant to offer a refund and instead pushed store credit or exchange. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to issue a refund but only after having to quote my rights and their own store’s return policy.

However, once they received the item, the situation dragged on with delays and excuses, including claims of “technical limitations” preventing a refund — which is simply not acceptable. Even after confirming the refund would be processed within 1 working day, there was no communication nor confirmation without further chasing.

Overall, poor customer service, inconsistent communication, and a lack of accountability. I would be cautious about ordering if you think you may need to return anything. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Very nice that I received a credit note when a small tshirt arrived enormous so I want best pleased that I didn’t get a refund but ok I still got some sort of money back but just don’t think there is much choice at matrix so held out n got a Burberry polo but it was just for the sake of using the credit note as my email said it was for life but it had an expired date of a year when it arrived but overall the qualities really good dnd it arrived very hassle free so good company just need brushing up around the edges but great discount when butting more than one item

Absolute diabolical and joke of a company

I recently purchased a Burberry T-shirt from Matrix Menswear and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The item arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and exactly as described — 100% authentic.

Rude customer service, they definitely need some customer quality care training on the handling of responses via email.

You have to pay to return the item (most items are expensive, so you won’t want to risk sending normal/ cheaper options of postage) so I had to pay £10 to send back.
I was not allowed a refund, only a credit note or an exchange (for a £300 item) and then I also had to pay £5 postage for the new item exchanged to be sent out to me,

I’ve never had to deal with this kind of service before.
I will now make sure now to always buy from the main supplier instead of companies like this

You get what you pay for I guess

Avoid, absolute disgrace of a company. breaking UK consumer law by not issuing refunds on sale items. Continually lied on emails. Never will I return.

Excellent value for money shipping very fast I'm very impressed that I recommended two family members who also purchased the same Burberry Ansdell Hoodie in pastel blue. Will defiantly shop here again.
