Well was not happy when i got there, tire was not there, had to go home, come back, and the the price, i was quoted was more, so this was not good, i am a loyal customer of your, i take all my vehicles there, and was very dissatisfied.

Anthony was great! He was professional, kind and kept me informed without pressuring. It was greatly appreciated.

The experience started out pretty good and I had purchased the same tires at the same location about two years earlier. I set an appointment for a Saturday morning install and was the first customer there, with plenty of open bays. It then took them two hours to install two tires, the whole time I could see the installer wandering around the garage, not working on my vehicle or any others. I then realized that a customer who came in after me without an appointment had two tires installed and four spark plugs replaced, that had to be delivered from a local auto parts store, and left at least twenty minutes before me! When the job was finally done the bill was way above the quote and the online price. The manager did his best to get it down, but he couldn't match their own online price! I then wasted my time attempting to price match with Mavis to their own online price. They cited "fees" in the cart for installation which isn't how there "Price Match Guarantee" reads. In the end I am wasting my time for a few dollars, I will be better served using a different shop next time. The most infuriating part is that they didn't value my time and made me wait around when the job could have been completed within an hour.

Accepted my car on time per my reservation, prices reasonable for oil change and new wiper blades. Clean waiting room. Oil change seemed to take a little longer than normal

Amazing service as usual! Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service was performed in a very timely manner. When I went back to pick up they brought my attention to a situation caused by recent dealership work and even had the car up on the lift so I could see exactly what the problem is. So thankful I took my car to them and always appreciate their friendly service.

Excellent service by Anthony. I asked about replacing my windshield wipers. He replaced them in 5 min. Great customer service compared to other Mavis locations I have used in past. He is a true asset to your company!!!

Josh, Anthony, and Will were all of great help and they explained the necessary points in detail about my vehicle. This location seems to have had a much-needed boost in the overall staff. I was pleased with their overall service and speaking to all of 3 of them about the next visit for tires. Great job.

I needed a front tire alignment. Rack and pinion was replaced. made the appointment and got there ten minutes before, the parking lot was filled with cars.
I had to be south jersey in two hours which meant there
was one hour to preform the alignment. They heard what I needed and agreed to have it done in less than an hour! Great job, I was on the road and on time!

Easy to make an appointment online. Very pleasant when dealing with the staff in person.
