The customer part of the store is filthy, bathrooms are disgusting. Floors and trash cans are overflowing and need sweeping. Service was ok, but slow.

Always a positive experience
I've been to this location several times with multiple vehicles. The guys at the desk have always been professional and had a genuine concern to fix my issues. In one instance, I needed an alignment, which was impacting the cars safety, late in the day. They were able to get me in, which they didn't have to, and get everything straight. Great location!

Rude and Dishonest- An Appointment is not An Appointment
I made an appointment with Mavis (J) but when I showed up they said that appointments are meaningless, they only take drop offs. I told them I would wait but they said because I arrived at 9 it would be a very long wait. Is advised coming in by 8 to get first in line. Two days later as agreed I came early and J said arriving early did not matter and their mechanic would not come in until 1030. He was very rude and lied about what he heard Is and I discuss.
