My son just had an alignment done for a $120.00 dollars but if anything it seems worse. I'm taking it to Hill's Tire tomorrow to see how good they did. I'll update everyone tomorrow when we get a proper alignment. They kept saying that the printer was broken when asked for a print off of the alignment!

+2 hour wait despite having made and arrived early for appointment
Called to make a reservation for new tires and front-end alignment. Very specifically asked them for appointment time that I would be serviced within 30 minutes - I could come in any day or any time but could not wait hours. Agent was helpful in selecting tires and appointment and assured me that I would be serviced within 30 mins of the appointment time. Nope, over 2 hours past appointment time before I got in. Not going back.
