Mavis Tire - Larchmont Bewertungen 12

This was my second time using Mavis Tire in Larchmont. The staff was very professional and courteous. They fixed my low pressure warning within a reasonable period of time. I would use them again.

I arrived at this MAVIS location at 8am sharp as I was scheduled, and I’m still currently waiting for 4 tire replacements, wheel alignment, and an oil change. It’s 12:20 pm as I post this. Having had the same work completed in the past I expected the process to take about 2hrs. Nope! As I sat and waited, I observed three people come in after me and leave before me. One person got an oil change and tire rotation. One person had a flat fix for a SUV and a nice lady waited two hours 9-11 just to be informed the staff couldn’t do the job because of the tire lock was not in the car. What really grind my gears is only one staff member was present at 8am when the store open. When they did show up they started working on the quick fix jobs, e.g., oil changes and tire fixes. It wasn’t until I asked the store manager about why my car was so special that I had to wait? he assigned someone to change my tires. Too long of a story short, this is not the shop I expected it to be from reading the google reviews. I would have been less mad if they simply said from the being, hey it’s going to be an all day job. Go home and we will call you when we’re done. Not, “it’s going to be a while because no one is here” as I was told when I originally asked how long the wait time might be. I can’t not recommend Larchmont Mavis for anything.

Doug, front desk, was very personable, explained the structure of the Brake to me, and I felt he, and the Technicians, are honest. I used the oil change coupon and complimentary tire rotation.

The assistant manager Doug was incredibly helpful and patient.

CARL The MANAGER is by far the Best Manager of all the Mavis Tire Shops in NY !!!
He knows what he's doing and is very respectful!!
Save the praise and give that man a raise !

Very efficient and fast

Customer service was great, especially customer service representative Louie! Went for new tires along with alignment and balancing. Service and work was as expected, solid. Pricing was a little high on the tires but competitive to a Pep Boys, Firestone, etc. Louie was very friendly with a very calming and relaxed demeanor, which is what folks need when they go in for car troubles.

Place was super busy when i drove in at noon riding on a flat tire. I told the young man behind the desk whose name was Louie that i did not have an appointment and that I was supposed to babysit my grandchildren later that afternoon up in Connecticut. He told me where to leave the car and said he'd take care of it. Wasn't an hour later he called and told me they had to replace the tire and the car was ready. He acted like it was no big deal. I'm writing this review to say it was.

Mack is the person who helped me . He was very polite, professional and was informative.
When he explained what was happening with my vehicle , I felt comfortable and trusted him .
I will be doing my business there from now on.

Friendly, speedy, informative.

Had a terrible experiencia at the Larchmont Mavis. Went in for a tire change and ended up with broken rims and no explanation as to what happened. I know 100% my rim.was not broken. All they said was we don't break rims here. But it happened and no one assumed the responsabiliza. I had to leave with a broken rim which ended up costing me $352.00 plus the wait and hassle. My advice is don't go there. Save yourself a mayor headache. Corporate took their side. Even though there should be video proof of what happened. In Short. Mavis Sucks! No Bueno myfriend.

Polite, prompt, and professional. Can't ask for anything more.
