I was overcharged for tire
I was overcharged for tire. In store prices are different than online. The manager Steve wanted to fight with me because I was arguing about the price difference. The worker that actually worked on my car was too busy on his phone instead of working on my car. Very rude and unprofessional. The tire was also manufactured two years ago so be careful because they are selling older tires even though they are new the older tires can blow out on you depending on they were stored. I had the warranty on the tire so to chump up the price they increased the tire price. Run from any Mavis work

The web price is absolutely advertised on our website, however, you must click the 'install at a Mavis' button to get the finalized pricing of the tire after overhead and stock fees. We do truly apologize for any confusion and are happy to review your invoice with you! Please call us at 914-984-2500 option #2 so we can have our warranty claims administrator ensure you were charged correctly!

Great communication and experience!
Great communication. Honest timeline. Tire came in early and called right away. Service men accommodated my needs by torquing the bolts to the measurements I desired. (I had a broken bolt from over-torquing in the past)
They were patient and helpful to my wife, who picked up the car. Will use again and again for my tire needs.
