Paul at Maxim has been great. I saw the job advert on indeed, applied on a whim in the evening & was contacted by him the next morning. He was happy to answer my questions, or find out for me, arranged my interview & gave me feedback. He must be a very busy guy but was always available to assist. Interestingly, I saw the ad for the same job on indeed via the actual company & it was worded differently & I would not have applied for it if I'd seen that ad. Thank you Paul for all your help.

I applied to a role online, advertised by Maxim Recruitment Solutions. Within seconds of me sending my application I recievd a call from Paul and exchanged more information. He sent my CV to the company and within a day I had an interview booked. There was no waiting around, no questions left unanswered. Paul was very fast, professional and supportive.
