Maxispin

Didn't believe the hype, now I'm a believer. Why can't life be as easy as withdrawing here? They don't pay me to say this... but maybe they should. Still not rich, but at least I'm entertained.

They took my deposit today then got shut down literally 5 min later here in aus... Not happy

What I like
Bonuses are generous
Chat staff are very friendly and helpful
Good selection of games
Lately withdrawals have been very quick
The system warns you when your bet is going to exceed their limit and you have an active bonus in play.

What i dont like
$650 MAX withdrawal a day
Games feel "buggy" at times
The RTP on the same games are set slightly lower than some other casinos
Max bet with active bonus is $3
Two games i like have lost their toggles on my smartphone rendering them unplayable. One happened as a feature began to activate.

I dont mind the 650 Max a day as rarely do I bet enough to need higher. There was a period when withdrawal was not going through. I am in banking and aware our banks dont like casinos but if I was not, I would have seen it as a scam. They worked with me and now I withdraw to my crypto wallet. I loved that they called to explain and responded to all emails. I was still worried but turns out they were not lying.

I'd give it a 5 star if the plays were always smooth, the slot not buggy, they raised the 650 withdrawal a day and $3 betting Max with active bonus. But i can live with all that as long as it know i can withdraw my winnings. Even with all that, its still my first choice out of 5 I play in.

Unfortunately, it can't be less than one star because they don't even deserve one star. I was invited by a friend and we followed all the steps to receive the bonus (inviting a friend) according to the casino's instructions, but in the end they refused to give me the bonus, giving false excuses.

Refused to issue sign up bonus. No live chat. If you have an issue good luck resolving it.

Title: Scam Tactics – They Took My Winnings and Closed My Account

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with this casino. I won over $10,900 through fair gameplay — no bonuses were active at the time. I tried to withdraw my winnings, only to be told I couldn't because of an "active bonus" that was added later. I did the right thing and cancelled the bonus myself just to proceed with the withdrawal.

Then, days later, they claimed I breached their terms by placing a single $10 bet during the bonus period (after I’d already won), even though:

I received no warning,

The system allowed the bet,

I lost money after the bonus was applied,

And I won nothing from the bonus itself.

They used that one bet as an excuse to confiscate almost all of my winnings, leaving just $200 in my account — and then they closed my account completely.

This is shady, dishonest, and in my opinion, borderline theft. If your system knows a $10 bet breaches your terms, it should block it. But it didn’t — because they clearly wanted a way to take my money once I started winning.

I am taking this matter to the gaming authorities, consumer protection, and I will not stop until this is made public. Stay far away from this casino — they lure you in, let you win, then look for excuses to take your money.

1 grote oplichters bende!!

SCAM WARNING - you’re going to deposit your money and then won’t be able to withdraw when you win. They ask for bank statements, this detail, that detail, the only thing they pretty much didn’t ask for is for a picture of my mrs.
- don’t say I didn’t warn you 🤕

Leuke spellen en snelle uitbetalingen

Request a call back and never get it. Kept rejecting my withdrawal and still waiting after 5 days for it to reach my account. William from customer support is very rude and no help at all. There are much better online casinos out there. Stay away from this one.

I have nt been with them long but am looking forward to trying out some of the great bonuses they have, having the mon deposit at 25 is fantastic thanks for that 😀

I can't seem to get into the game or the app as soon as I try to play it just telling me feel your detail all the time feel the detail I don't really understand could you please help me out of that

Never ever play on this site.
Biggest online casino scam there is.

They won't pay out, and took 1000 euro I won, from my account without any reason.

Customer support is worth nothing, and only say they can't do a thing about this situation.

Be aware, never ever play here
