Unresponsive once you pay for their service
They are very much on it when it comes to communication prior to placing your order. Sometimes reaching out more than once a day.
Now that I placed an order they have yet to ship out the product. The process is 5-10 days and that is not the case. I have now asked for a refund after placing my order on oct 1st and it is now end of day on October 14th and you guessed it… they are not responsive. The first time they ignored my request for a refund and told me it can take 5-10 days as a generic response but now they won’t reply anytime I reach out for my refund or status.
