Would give zero stars if I could! This company are absolute scammers! I purchased a coat from their website. It took 3 weeks to arrive and came from china. It was a horrible cheap looking thing when it arrived, nothing like the picture on their website. I contacted customer service who agreed it was not the correct coat and said they would send me the right one and to keep the other one as a goodwill gesture so I waited another 3 weeks with messages back and forth to customer service who promised the coat was on the way, then they stopped responding. I then opened a case with PayPal and the company decided they actually wanted the cheap looking coat sent back, I had to pay £15.50 to send it to France and have only just had the PayPal case closed in my favour so got the money back for the coat but still out of pocket on the postage I had to pay. So beware if you are thinking of buying anything from these scammers!

I ordered a coat which I believed to be wool. When it arrived it was 100% polyester and the colour was nothing like the image on the website. On requesting a refund I was told I could not have one as it was a sale item and was offered credit to spend on the website (not ideal). I was told to email them what I wanted and it would be processed. I have several email conversations via their contact email address with someone called Gianni Delebarre. However now I can't get hold of customer services and get a bounce back saying this email address doesn't exist.
I have also tried contacting them through the form on the website.
I am now £60 out of pocket and the owner of a poor quality coat I don't want!
DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered a coat advertised as a wool/cotton blend. Before it was dispatched, I contacted customer service to confirm the material composition and was told in writing that it was a blend.
The coat I received was labelled 100% polyester.
After raising this issue, I was offered a free replacement in the correct material as a resolution. I accepted in good faith. I was later informed that the replacement had been dispatched, but I was never provided with tracking details and the coat has not arrived.
I have since attempted to follow up multiple times. The contact email listed on the website now returns an “address does not exist” message.
I am disappointed with the discrepancy between the product description and the item received, as well as the lack of communication regarding the promised replacement.
I would encourage potential customers to carefully verify product details before purchasing.

I ordered a wool coat from these people. What arrived was a badly made, completely polyester piece. I contacted the company who promised to send out the correct item yet it has been a month and no coat has arrived and they have now stopped answering emails. Do not use, completely scam company who are trying to use the Mayfair London name.
