I’ve been working with Manal as my property manager for around three years now and she has been excellent. As I’m based overseas, having someone so dependable on the ground is incredibly important, and she gives me real confidence that both the property and the tenants are being properly looked after. She’s also very responsive, which makes managing things remotely much easier.

She is particularly good with tenants – professional, fair and approachable – which helps keep relationships positive while still safeguarding the landlord’s interests. That balance isn’t always easy, but she manages it very well. Communication is clear, issues are dealt with promptly, and I’m kept informed without unnecessary back and forth.

Our property has had a few challenges recently and she handled everything calmly and efficiently, leveraging her extensive experience. It’s genuinely very reassuring knowing there’s someone so capable overseeing things day to day.
