Nav card was faulty, caused GPS unit to freeze in car. Contacted their company, they advised that upon receiving proof of return shipment they would exchange the item.
After slight delays received refund from company and apology for delay in communication. Too bad the nav card didnt work but only lost $15 in return shipping.

Chip doesn't display correct map details
The chip is stuck on the pacific northwest region when you hit map details. I can move the region to the south but the minute I exit that screen details it reverts to pacific northwest. I would give it 2 stars but the 2 emails I have sent to customer service have not been answered. I did try reaching for a destination near me but it didn't change the issue. My previous chip did not exhibit this behavior it just worked.

The SD card I ordered for my Mazda worked and cost much less than those sold through a Mazda dealership. The card arrived before the expected delivery date.

The SD card only worked for about 6 weeks. The replacement card never worked.

The dang thing can’t even go 3 miles…
The dang thing can’t even go 3 miles without being wrong. It states you arrived at your location but it was incorrect. It’s so slow that I make my turns and it hasn’t even caught up yet. I don’t know who or why I thought your map was going to be better but I was wrong. I’ve spent so much money on these map cards that now I’m just going to buy a new head unit and use Apple Maps or Google Maps.
If people are having good experiences with their Map Card then maybe my card has a problem. The company itself is good and efficient it’s there card isn’t for me.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping. Worked perfect and simple to install. My navigation chip. Went bad so it was constantly shutting off and rebooting my system. I kept it shut off due to it. So I researched and this company had best price & reputation. 10/10 would buy again!

I ordered a navigation sd card and…
I ordered a navigation sd card and requested a return new and unused. After about a week and not getting any response I went ahead and mailed the card back to them. They have since replied that I didn’t an RMA, whatever that is, and I have not received either my money (nearly $100) or the sd card. Beware if you do business here, you may be disappointed, I certainly am.
