Annual boiler service was due. Sent a website enquiry on the bank holiday sunday, got a call back on the tuesday morning first thing, booked in for first thing on that thursday. Engineer turned up exactly on time, was polite and professional, performed the service efficiently. Can't fault the service provided.

Great work complete by Luke at MCBHeating for a great price. Just brought a new house and needed a gas cooker disconnected and fireplace serviced. They were very quick getting me booked in and clearly explaining the cost. Luke was punctual and completed the job effectively, explaining the problem with the gas fire as it had to be disconnected.

What was also great is that after he had left I was ripping old skirting boad and found it had been nailed to a gas pipe in many places causing gas to leak.😑😑 I rang them up and they quickly got me booked in the following morning for capping of 2 pipes. Lifesavers!

Definitely will back with them again if I need anything else doing!!

The call out was for a service on my mum's boiler and work out why it wasn't coming on. My mum was overjoyed with the work that was carried out and keeps raving about it. It was a simple job but we were charged what was quoted and I don't think I've ever known my mum happier at the service of an engineer. Mum has already booked the service for next year.

Absolutely wonderful experience with these guys. Marcus was excellent to deal with sorting out what needed to be done, price was reasonable, Luke arrived when he promised, very polite and did a great job. These guys are the nicest people to work with, highly recommended.

TCM came early worked all day had a slight problem with digital control but came back with a new one I would recommend this company

I have had two opportunities to have Luke around, first time was to disconnect our gas feed as we were changing from a Gas Hob to a Induction Hob, not only did Luke disconnect the gas for us, he then proceeded to open the are and instal teh Induction Hob for us as well, this was so above and beyond, the second occasion was when the Gos Boiler kept cutting out, again Luke came out super promptly, diagnosed the problem and retuned the next day (even though it was a Saturday and he was off to a function later) and installed the replacement part, again, absolutely above and beyond. Well done Luke and thanks again.
