Order not delivered, refund never given. 6,000 points were taken from my account for no reason, and never refunded!!! Though I called five times and waited well over a month, they still could not get their act together! I am deleting the app and never using Mc Donald's again in any format

I read McDonalds is in trouble. Gee I wonder why? It’s issue after issue for me and don’t know why I keep going back - maybe good breakfast sandwich.
This visit ordered cheeseburger and delux cheeseburger with NO onions and extra pickles. Got onions and no pickles. With sensitivities to onions both were thrown out. I contacted restaurant to get my money back. No reply so contacted head office. They said store would get back to me and never did. It’s not about the money it’s take accountability. They need to hire more competent staff and actually read orders coming in. This store issues for years. Wouldn’t be surprised if stores start closing as they have really gone downhill.

Missing items. Now for the second time. Check your stuff before you leave. I believe this location do this purposely. Looking at other reviews. Everyone is missing items. Avoid this location. Scammers.

Didn't make burger to specified order. Missing lettuce, onions,mustard and Xtra pickles. Then the customer relations blamed the delivery person. Won't order from McDonald's again.

With McDonald's, you know what to expect. I enjoy their black coffee. However, now and again, their coffee cups leak. (Avg 1 or 2 cups every week and half. Give or take...
Within 15-30mins some batch of cups almost disintegrate while drinking from it. My main frustration is returning to inform them, only to be met without concern. Now, I just ask for a double cup... it helps. So, perhaps THIS message will get to the right people in supplies & purchasing to improve this. (Note-my experience shows it starts at the bottom seam joint of bottom of the cup)

I just went home and decided to order food from mc Donald Saint Hubert. How can you guys forget the burger, they only give me the fries and the coke! Its nearly 2am, Im really tired, always the same things with you guys. If can’t work, quit the job:)

The new cardboard container is harder to handle.
This container has less sundae and Carmel for the same price.
Still a good tasting sundae and Carmel.
Will not purchase another one.

I’m not ordering caramel sundae’s anymore. Wooden spoons are bad enough, now the sundae is served in a paper box. DQ will be getting my business.

I ordered a filet of fish and what I received was a fish patty the size of a McNugget. Was ridiculous! Shrinkflation is rampant at McDonald's. Avoid at all costs!

Thought saying No ketchup No mustard no Cheese was a simple request. Nope. F@%k it up. Never leave McDonalds with out checking yer order No one listens to yer request.

Wow, every $25 gift card purchasing gets a free BigMac, so good so nice. But when you went to multiple stores, all told you that “those coupons sold out for the first day.” What a surprise! MacDonald Canada 2023 gross sales is 7100 millions and still thinking about playing magic in Christmas season? Could you please include “ door crush ” or “ very rare ” in your ad., and don’t include the 30 days period, we sure will appreciate for that.

MacDonalds in pictou. I recently purchased a big mac at the pictou nova scotia location. It was so bad I couldn't eat it. The patties were so small they looked like a cheese burger. Beyond that there was so much sauce and shredded lettuce, which I wish they would use full leaf lettuce that I couldn't even hold it it was such a mess. The worst burger I have ever purchased.

Filet 'O Fish absolutely terrible. It is really small, tastes terrible. Years ago, it used to be very good. I would not recommend this food choice.
Most of McDonalds Food has gone downhill over the years. The service has gotten worse. Even the classic Big Mac is bad.

I stopped eating at the Amherst Nova Scotia McDonalds a few months ago when I found out that the staff no longer wears gloves which is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Will never eat there again. 🤮

Had to wait ten minutes for my food. It wasn't ready when I got to the window of the drive through. The guy insisted I take what they had ready. I figured I could live with a partial order but I was on my way to the airport so I couldn't wait. Charged me full amount.

I just tried your “Big Arch” for the first time. Probably the last time.
On the positive side…..
It was a big burger but for $9.99 it should be!
The bun was fresh and the lettuce was crisp.
On the negative side…..
It was a MESS to try to eat!! Not sure what the sauce is but there was WAY too much!!
As I said the lettuce was crisp, but I think they put a whole head of lettuce on it.
It took both hands and it was impossible not to have stuff fall out everywhere.
I tried your Big Mac years ago. One is all it took to turn me off.
I’m pretty sure this was my first and last Big Arch.

Just ate at st. Stephen N.B. MacDonalds and it was hands down the best, freshest MacDonald I have eaten at in a really long time and the girl working at the window named Kirsten was friendly and professional. She is a huge asset to your establishment. We there Sept 26,2024 at approximately 4:15 pm
