When I first applied for my Carrier Authority, it was a nightmare, and chances are you know what I mean because you're here looking for help. I did it, but swore to myself that I would never do it again. However, with changes in FMCSA policy, that just isn't possible. A friend of mine referred me to Bridget Jackson at MCSA, and she took care of everything. Now, I refer all my friends to her. She is knowledgeable, upfront, and has the time to listen to all of your questions. Still not sure about them, just call her. No more guesswork, translating FMCSA bureaucracy, and mind-warping jargon. Bridget is the way to go and handles all the things your business needs to get up and running. I swear by her! All of my business needs were handled…
All of my business needs were handled in a very professional and timely manner at MCSA. Molly Walker was my agent and friend through the whole process. She explained to me in a way a 9 year old would understand and i appreciate that. Trucking has so many laws and registrations to keep up with and they know them all. Amazing Company
This company comes highly highly highly recommended especially if your a new business. If you’re looking for the best. And Danielle’s Horton (Senior Compliance Agent) is nothing short of amazing. I know that she could be completely great without the help of her exceptional colleagues. They are all very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, hardworking. this is literally a scam
this is literally a scam, it put me over 2 months behind because i kept waiting on them to do paperwork that they never did & ended up having to do it all myself, i then tryed to get a refund for ehat they did not do.. never responded.
they try to make it seem like they are the fmcsa & they are in no way connected.
i am fairly certain that all of these 5 star reviews are fake & either purchased or made by their employees, they are fraud experts. do not fall for this SCAM!!!! they need to be shut down!

Thank you for reaching out to share your feedback and concerns. We are very familiar with your account and have discussed this matter at length with you.
You purchased a variety of services through us including Drug and Alcohol Testing, Driver Qualification Files, Clearinghouse Registration, UCR filing, BOC-3 filing etc. All of these services were completed in a timely manner, and you are in compliance with these requirements.
The only services not completed are your IRP registration, weight & distance permits, and 2290 tax form. Since you purchased services from us on April 22nd, we have yet to receive all of the documents required for us to submit these filings for you. For nearly two months we have made over a dozen attempts to collect this information from you, repeatedly explaining what documents were required, why they were required, and that we are unable to submit the filings until we receive them from you. As of writing, we are still missing these key documents. As your agent explained to you, we are unable to issue you a refund as you were far outside of the cancellation period, in addition to the many hours of work that has already gone into preparing the documents for your filings and the time spent attempting to collect the rest of the necessary information from you.
We fully understand that time is of the essence when starting a new transportation company, which is why we immediately reached out for the information we needed to move forward, and have attempted to collect that information every week since you applied for your USDOT number. As your agent explained to you, we are still able to complete these registrations for you once we receive the information we need to move forward. We are more than happy to complete the services at any point in time when you are ready to proceed.

If you're looking for a company that will help keep you legal this is the one. They are always so helpful in answering any question we have. They send reminders to make sure we have everything we need in order. Molly is great to work with!
