Ordered 2 items from Meacode - On investigation, outright false claims on their webpage and zero response from their team to cancel the order for a full refund as not processed / shipped. There is no phone number / chat facility - only email, and nil responses despite multiple emails from my side. I have contacted my credit card issuer and will chase up with the Consumer Protection WA if necessary. Scamsters!! Avoid!! Will update this if I receive a response.

Having a terrible time with the watch. Tried to return after receipt as quality was poor and not what was expected. They gave me a small discount as returning was going to incur 45% fees.
Now after 5 months the watch is not working properly - not holding charge abd not counting steps etc. they are refusing a replacement or refund. Do not deal with this company.

I recently purchased a smart watch from Meacode. It was advertised as being usable for swimming. When the watch finally arrived, it turns out it was not suitable for swimming - just possibly being splashed. I asked to return it as it was of no use to me if it did not go in the water and count laps. I spent many days talking to a chat bot with them telling me the same thing over and over again. Actually sending the same email as a reply several times. It didn't seem possible to speak to anyone. The continually made it difficult to return and when they did finally give me the information they put so many random charges against the return that it made it literally easier and less costly to just throw it away. They did finally offer me a refund of only 20 percent of the cost. The watch itself is not bad, just falsely advertised. So now I will have to try to sell it at a greatly reduced price to see if I can get some of my money back. It also took over three weeks to actually return any funds. The watch is nice - not useful to me, the customer service horrendous and their product descriptions misleading, so will never purchase from this company again.

SCAM SITE - Ghosted on Returns and No Customer SupportRating: 1 / 5 StarsReview:Do not buy from Meacode-ie. I ordered a router directly from their website, and the product has major security issues. There is absolutely no phone number advertised to call for help, and they completely ignore their support email. I have sent multiple emails requesting a return and refund under their stated policy, and I am being completely ghosted. I am now forced to raise a chargeback through my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid this product/company at all costs.
