Medcare MSO has been a great company to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, billing and posting is always done in a timely manner and communication is outstanding! I would highly recommend using them, they are a great team to work with.

Medcare MSO has been a valuable partner for our five-physician internal medicine practice. Their RCM team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive with AR follow-up and claims management.

They are a scam. They send out spam and don't return phone calls. Also, the physical address they list isn't real and there are numerous other sketchy businesses associated with that same address.

I have been working in Medcare MSO for one year and it has been a great experience. The company provides a professional and supportive environment in which I feel positive and encouraged to grow and learn.

I also appreciate the company's vision to help healthcare facilities with challenges in their AR and Billing operations and streamline their RCM process.

I am working with Medcare MSO from past 1 year 3 months and so far my experience is quite great. Its one of the best companies I have ever worked with the management and co workers are really helpful and nice towards each and everyone.

To give a quick background on my history as a medical provider, I have used various billing services for over 25 years. Yet it took hiring MedCare, (a little over 15 months ago) to highlight what I had been missing with other services/professionals to keep me searching for the right fit. So glad I did! With Medcare in charge, the increased revenue started immediately along with decreased billing errors/ claim denials and streamlined processes to allow constant communication between our office and theirs. They are beyond excellent with customer service and I have an entire TEAM dedicated to managing all aspects of credentialing, billing, appeals, collections, patient communications, Revenue Cycle Management, and insurance company relations. Transparency, trust and integrity are key relationship principles which have been mentioned by other billing services that, in my experience, are abundantly OVER-PROMISED and UNDER-DELIVERED. Medcare has consistently provided an elevated caliber of all billing and RCM services, including the above principles, and are truly well-trained and knowledgeable billing professionals. And they integrated with our EHR and other software systems/platforms seamlessly. Calls day after day after day, and multiple times per day, after being told every single time that we are *not* interested.

Uses a name suspiciously close to Medicare and agents who are difficult to understand in order to dupe staff into getting their supervisor as they think they are from a governmental agency.

Called and pretended that we "just called them" and that they were returning our call, not even two minutes after I had just hung up, having told them on a separate call we are not interested.

This company has a history of firing employees without and reason. CEO is immature and rash...
