Medex Light Bewertungen 

I’ve tried the Medex light for my tinnitus for a few months now and sadly there has been absolutely no change. Very disappointing after all the claims they have made!!

I don't think the two pads I bought or the neck pad have actually helped but still persevering after 12 months and bought a second one. However, since they took over Medex, the customer service has been appalling. For weeks and weeks I was on the chat line and since sent emails asking where I can get a replacement usb lead as one has broken. I have ended up trying to join the wires up with another connection which is not ideal. All they could come up with a few months back eventually was an adaptor plug available in the UK when i specifically asked for a usb as it has to be a special one. Using the adaptor it is too hot and burns.

I try it for over 2 months and didn't work,I would like to asked for my money back.

I would give zero starts if I could. I placed my order on April 23, 2025, to date I haven't received my order. Their website says free domestic free shipping but the tracking shows it came from Hong Kong. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a refund after asking the merchant repeatedly for one. Find another merchant to get the red lights from & run far away from this one.

No improvement at all after regular use. I have bad ringing in my ears, and have used the product as it said, which is 30 minutes every morning and 30 every evening. After 4 weeks, no improvement at all. Really disappointed.

When I first ordered the product there were some issues with a change supply and it took some time to get the product. Leah had informed me of the product issues I was skeptical of this even though I had read good and bad reviews on the various websites. Finally, after many weeks of waiting to get the product for my tinnitus, it finally came. I charged it and attempted to turn it on, but I found out it would not turn on. You can imagine how I felt. I sent an email asking for a refund and wanted to send the product back. Leah was very nice offered a total refund and told me to keep the product. The product actually after some several attempts did turn on, but I'm not sure it will actually work. I have to give the company and Leah 5 stars since they went above and beyond to give excellent customer service.
