Positive Experience
My experience with MedExpress has been really positive so far. I like that they are not pushing me to increase my dose at every opportunity (they would earn more money if they did!) so I genuinely feel that they are invested in my long term health and success.
The only reason I did not give five stars is that the product is delivered by Purolator… I have yet to receive a package on time or without some kind of issue with Purolator. This is not MedExpress’s fault - but it does impact my overall experience.

I was concerned when I received my product in a cooler pack that was at room temperature as had been in transit for two days so researched whether it was still effective. I tried unsuccessfully to reach the sender so researched it enough to satisfy myself it was. The after sales communication were not as prompt but time will tell how that goes.

My first shipment came today, but nobody was home so they took it back to Purolator. I have to pick up tomorrow. They will not keep it refrigerated

HORRIBLE experience
HORRIBLE experience, use any other provider instead of this one. I was looking to start my GLP1 journey for weight loss. First of all you pay in full before you're even approved for the medication you're applying for. They took over $550 2 weeks ago. I got an email (no phone call as courtesy, just an email) saying the process is on hold , and it will resume after I upload photos. I had uploaded these photos when I started the process 2 weeks ago. I've sent e-mails, called 7 times in a row and nobody answers the phone. You get an automated e-mail response when you send it. I really want my money back, I am so upset with this experience as it has tainted my views and I still have not gotten a call back. These people need to get it together, its absolutely ridiculous.
