Medhut have been absolutely brilliant. After my mum’s old pharmacy became quite difficult to deal with, they really stepped in and looked after us. They kept me updated with messages throughout, were always professional, and treated my mum with real kindness and patience. My mum has dementia, so that care and understanding meant a lot to me. I’m so grateful for their support and would highly recommend them

This has been a godsend to me, receiving my meds in blister packs. I take quite a lot of medication, and trying to organise them all can be quite challenging, never mind going on holiday when everything has to be in its original packaging! Jamal is so helpful, and makes the first delivery himself, to get to know his customers. Customer service like this is rare nowadays. So glad I found them.

Medhut provides a much more accessible and stress-free process for me by which I receive my medication to my door at a time that is best for me. Excellent service and very conscientious Jamal gets back to you immediately if you have a query and reassures you. Delivery is fast and when I mentioned my concern about dad’s blood pressure he checked it when delivering tablets and gave me guidance.
