Overall your services are pathetic - its a long list. Ours is a corporate account and its not about one instance or one employee. Many of our colleagues and raised multiple issues pertaining to app, poor network of hospitals/labs for a huge city like Bangalore where driving 10km means more than half an hour, quality of lab partners, quality of vision partner, refresh of the balance, lab tests during COVID, difficulty in contacting right person, not getting correct information - the list goes on and on. It was outright frustrating. So much so that our company had to collaborate with Ekincare for COVID vaccines and they at least provided us some relief with their flawless services and great network of hospitals/labs. Correct your foundation 1st before marketing with big names like Mr Bachchan. I wish he knew how pathetic you are.

This is one of the worst insurance company,
Proper support not there from them & Long process for reimbursement.

Simply mail thread is going on,.... felt very bad

Faced problems:
1. Beneficiary details not showing after 45 days as well in MediBuddy portal
2. Marriage date : Unable to select marriage year, by default showing present year
3. Don't have option to select as a Mother while adding beneficiary details, by default showing as Mother-in-law

Pathetic service. Will not recommend it to anyone. Sample was collected on scheduled time but no signs of reports coming even after 5 days. Calling them is just a waste of time as they will put u on hold and give u same answer. Worst experience ever.

Increasing premium like anything and also removing medicines and essentials from cashless.. not satisfied at all and not recommended at all... I am paying 78k premium and still most of the medicines and essentials a are not cashless

The pathetic service you are providing. Yesterday I got 10 calls to attend Medical. And send almost 2-3 mails for the same. your Technician Name :--- supposed to come at 11:00.
He is late so I called him. Then he told me he is not coming. Are your company being here to fool the people. I booked 4 appoints with me.

From now onwards how me or anybody can trust on MediBuddy Healthcare Services.

Worst service. I have 2 bitter experiences with Medibuddy. Please Please Please don't take service Medibuddy. After submitting claim they ask for such bills which you could never have with you. The worst thing is that no body listens. The helpline people don't have any information about status of your claim. if you ask more or get irritated, the helpline people would cut your call. It happened with me twice.

please do not take insurance with medibuddy, there is worst provide by medibuddy insurance, You will be robbed in the hospital and money will be taken out of pocket. & medibuddy will do cashless service.

if you take insurance from medibuddy and will to hospital & if any extra treatment is needed to patient then hospital will charge it to you & medibuddy will not cover it under insurance, even if that service/medicine is comes under insurance & and total bill is under threshold limit, because medibuddy contracts with hospital for each & every treatment. can we judge or summarize the medical issue, Disease , NO it will diagnose by doctor & disease can enhance & shrink. but med buddy fixed its treatment.
Medi buddy is making fool on cashless & reimbursement.
No any positive support From medibuddy customer care, agent & any reprentive.

I wanted to give negative rating worst service cheating employees and staff please do not waste your time and hard earned money to test it will be much hassle and stress free to get yourself tested in nearby lab rather than medibuddy they are also dependent on 3rd party pathological labs which you may easily find in nearby areas, even if you cant please dont opt for medibuddy atleast. very very pathetic bad service and just fool people.

Worst service ever being a corporate customer. They lost my blood sample which was confirmed on call and the minute I asked for refund they sent a report next day after 11 days

Do not use it in any situation. They will take your money and leave. They are the biggest cheaters. Beware!!

Worst service, never use for RTPCR or lab test through medibuddy. No value for time of patient, request to all Indian peoples please use SRL, metropolitan, local any laboratory,city lab.....never use medibuddy....

horrible service... no words to describe their level of poorness . I will never recommend anyone to go for medibuddy .. its a scam nothing else they collect my RTPCR sample and it is been more than 48 hrs still I haven't received any report and according to them the report will be shared in 24 to 48 hrs.RTPCR report hardly takes 24 to 48 hrs ... but I don't think they are going to give me a report or not ......please people stay out of this kind of scam . one more thing all the positive reviews are fake. When you call them also they keep repeating again and again like a slogan.Luckily i was positive and got msg from the gov so i got to know and could take medications on time.For heaven s sake do not relly on such sub standard ppl for reports better to get it done from PHC s .

Not able to get the policy details and it’s benefits as well.

I wish there was a negative rating option. They don't deserve even 1 star. Had such pathetic experience with their service today. Booked a covid test through their portal, paid the money, and later was left hanging. I was expecting home collection service and the agent didn't come and customer care said I have to go to centre. When I go to centre, they say they don't have the facility to do the test. So basically my money was gone, additional hassle with calls and drive to centre - and nothing other than pain in return, that too when I was hoping to get a test done due to covid symptoms.

The lab reports supposed to be delivered in 72 hours is not available post 10 days . Called customer care and promised to deliver same day and no clue when they will deliver. Pathetic and use site , please stay away.

Doctors take money and do not even consult and mark the call closed. Useless app. App should track if doctors consulted or not.
When you click on call button it says you would receive call in 15 min to 30 min but you keep on waiting endlessly. No one calls easily.

Not deserved even 1 rating. Uzeless app. I don't no why companies adopting such cheap and poor service providers. Panneled hospitals/labs/diagnostic centers are really trying make you fool. Just ask from you Bout your health condition and they generate your health report even they didn't willing to touch your body.

Pathetic service. As I followed up twice they gave a wrong RT PCR result even though I had no symptoms. I did a test through Apollo and in airport the next day and result came as negative. They promise 24 hours but when you call customer care they say 72 hours. There charges are less but that reflects in there service. Please don't do RT PCR with them looking at money.
They deserve a - 5 star.
