I sign on and emailed to cancel after. No one replied. I tried emailed again and they said they already charged for the month and will stop my subscription. They should not charge me for that month’s subscription as I notified to cancel a couple of days after. Bad business practice dishonest. What about the money back guarantee.

This is exactly what I was hoping for! Instead getting a professional and overpaid dietitian to create me meals plans I decided to try this first and it suits for me. Saved money and lots of hassle too. Thanks!

I had a great experience, the meal plans and other materials were informative and very helpful to me. The communication with the support team was timely. When I decided to end the plan, they ended my subscription immediately.

I love that these plans are personalized and not taken off-the-shelf like many other companies usually do. Very detailed, yet easy to follow. I can definitely vouch for them.

I've noticed a lot of changes with my body in the recent weeks. I have been on this plan for 30 days and been loosing weight. My skin also looks better and I get more sleep at nights. If you ask from me, this is just wonderful.

Really bad service

Received first round of info -- didn't like it -- wrote them and asked for a refund since the invoice said "Risk Free Money Back Guarantee" -- they said no, Not only did they say no, they told me I had to have pictures of the meals I made and proof I was excercising. Not what I’d call a 100% money back guarantee. They said I needed to read the small print. They touted a 4.5 Trustpilot rating -- I looked them up and Trust Pilot had them listed with 2.5 stars. They lied.

READ THE SMALL PRINT because these folks DO NOT warn you that you will be automatically charged beforehand. They simply take your money. So, if you don't want to have an ongoing subscription, make sure to cancel well before the automatic renewal. Frankly, I think it's sad that they must really REALLY need my $69.

I ordered the two month plan on good faith with a glaring 100% guarantee refund notice posted on the signup page. A sudden intl travel interrupted my plans to start the program so within a few days requested a refund.To provide a refund they wrote, I needed to do the plan at least 10 days then prove to them it didn't work. What? Who could do that anyway? My counter was that I never started the program so how could I prove it hadn't worked? They kept repeating this 'policy', I kept writing that they could change any policy anytime they wanted to and anyway, it did not apply to me. They did write they had cancelled the auto payment for the next month. I will monitor that closely on my credit card. I finally gave up when they kept repeating their 'policy mantra'. I will give them this: they responded quickly and politely. I wish to receive the $89 refund for a program I never started.

It has helped me far more than any other dieting app out there. The plans are laid up well and I am happy. Thanks!

It's no rocket science, more like a known fact that Mediterranean diets are the best for weight loss and for the general health... their thing is that they have taken the best meals and compiled a perfect diet plans for each individual person and it works amazingly well.

When you are into wellness then Medieats programs are non-negotiable. They are really packed and I am very happy that I went for this.

I was surprised and interested to read the reviews that weren't so great. My experience has been really good! I love the diet and the encouragement to substitute and learn how to adapt the meals plan! I have lots 6 pounds in 2 weeks but bigger than that, is the changes I am making to my relationship with food and incorporating health and wellness into long term changes. I have an incredibly busy schedule and this simple but tasty plan and touch base twice a week easy to download and follow! I would recommend this program!

Pricing is not transparent. The program is not “personalized”. All requests for support / refund have been ignored.

I tried MediEats for one week and decided that I could make better Mediterranean food than their recipes. So after one week I cancelled. I received a notification that they had received my cancellation the next day and would deal with it. However, they waited a full week until the next payment was due before sending me an email saying they had cancelled it. Then they charged me for another two weeks. They have not responded to emails about it either. So what they did was received an email asking for immediate cancellation and then wait another week before processing it so they could get another two weeks of my money. DO NOT TRY this diet!

Ordered the plan. It was pretty much worthless but it was 69 dollars so no huge loss. Then today they billed me another 69 dollars. I didn't sign up for a subscription and can't figure out how to cancel. They won't respond so I guess I will have to dispute with my credit card company.

Cancelled before the trial period and was still charged. I don't even have an account!

Out of the 3-4 different meals I have cooked so far, all of them have come out perfect. I was a bit worried that these recipes are above my skill level but they were easy to make. I can recommend to others, thanks!

RIPOFF! currently out of pocket AUD $250 for nothing. Specified a dairy free plan they sent me the regular plan. Requested a refund wk 2 sent dairy free plan that had cheese all the way through it .What a SCAM.Dont know what they are doing Stll havent got my money back...!
2/6/24 3 wks of requesting a full refund and being sent meal plans I cannot use as they are NOT dairy free appropriate. I have a medical background and Natural therapist their diet is inappropriate.

First time tried this last year, by the looks of it, they have gone through some major updates and there are lots of improvements being made.
