It’s not like me at all to complain but I feel terribly disappointed on this occasion with the service I received at the clinic. Firstly, my paperwork had been lost and seemed very unorganised with paperwork and never seem to know what the appointment is for. Secondly, the room was cold and no hot blanket on the bed. I found the whole service unprofessional. They clearly hadn’t allowed enough time for my appointment and I should have had Hollywood, underarm and legs to which you i never got asked and all I received was Hollywood. You have very much bruised my skin and I found the comment made about loose skin on my inner leg, quite rude. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to the clinic.

I would not recommend Mediluxe Newstead to anybody!! They used the wrong coloured ink on my skin and when I asked for a refund after I had spent almost $600 they refunded me $50.00! So unprofessional and pathetic!!!

If I could give this company a zero I would, all I can advise is do not buy from this company, I purchased two pairs of shoes after waiting over three months for them to arrive, the shoes looked worn were sup standard did not fit and uncomfortable not what was expected, I contacted the company straight away just asking to return the shoes and get a refund as I normal retailer but no I have sent photos along with many photos and just can’t get a refund and they don’t expect the shoes back, all I can advise is to save your money Do not buy you will be disappointed also they sent a pair of shoes with the converse label on them and are clearly not converse shoes, terrible company and a complete waste of money
