I have been a client of Dianna Firth for several years, I think it has been since 2015. My email address had changed in the last two years and wasn’t getting my updates. In 2015, Dianna was invaluable in helping me choose a Medicare Supplement insurance policy when I turned 65 yo. Dianna helped me navigate a very tricky situation I’ve never had to do before. She gave me several plans, different coverage levels of insurance and helped me decide what policy would be best for my particular insurance needs. This year, my policy premium jumped very quickly for someone who is healthy with no major medical issues. I called her and explained the situation. She advised we look at other plans that might work for me. I selected a plan that reduced the current policy premium by $140/month! Call me shocked. I did not know that there were policies that would provide same level of coverage for less money. Aetna is a well trusted company I have been insured with in my younger years by UPS corporate insurance through my husband’s employment and I felt comfortable and reassured that my insurance needs would be met.
