My doctor is great. Listens. Appointments are on time. Trustworthy. Genuinely great care. Has my personal mental health figured out and a treatment plan for what works for me. Wouldn't change providers.. period. If your struggling with mental health id recommend Medvidi for professional care.

Buyer BEWARE - I had a horrible experience with price changes. The customer service is terrible and you will never get refunded even if the medication hasn't even shipped. I was charged $80 just for cancelling. I would NEVER use this company. This is the right company.

I do not know why it’s showing my son‘s name Dustin. My name is Kim Alba. So yes look at all that transpired yesterday and again when I called this morning, my number was wrong again! I don’t think I’ve ever been as furious as I was yesterday…Customer service was good for two months and today I was on the phone for over eight hours back-and-forth with customer service… They promised me someone would call me back which no one did! They had my wrong phone number three times that I had to repeat to them very slow slowly and I still cannot login… Super pathetic since I need my meds! Thinking about going elsewhere soon!

Fiya, Fiya is what made my experience fantastic today. I was having a lot of technical trouble with the intake form, had lost my temper, and almost gave up... but Fiya (bless her soul) looked right past my rude frantic panic with a calm and helpful attitude and helped me. Not only that, she set up my appointment immediately when I finished the intake.
Thank you Fiya, for not letting my bad, panicked attitude turn you away.

ITS NOT MONTHLY!! You get billed every moth but only receive you injection every 6 weeks. Good luck getting that changed. It’s like dealing with a used car sale person. The amount of time I’ve bin on hold with this Company is unreal. Can’t wait to see how canceling going play out.

I been with this company since 2021 and from the beginning they have been very genuine and concerned about my mental Health I have been with at least 2 doctors and my doctor now is DR Catt Nix he is the best he always makes sure my meds are in the pharmacy stat and if they are out of them at the pharmacy he does not hesitate he will call them into a pharmacy that has them on hand I ever forgot to call for my appointment and he reached out to me so I didint miss my appointment MEDvidi has been very good to me they are very thorough as well but hands down they are a good company always have on call so if you need to talk with someone they pick up the phone when I needed forms filled out they made sure it was done so I wanted to give them a review and let others know don't listen to the bad reviews they are actually very helpful and will do what's best for you .

They're always fantastic at handling any issue I have had. Very promt replies & adaptable when pharmacy needs switched. My doctor is super receptive to my needs & suggestions. Fiya with customer care is very nice & helpful. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Weight loss for sure. Goal achieved. Thats why I gave two stars.
I’d have left ZERO for their processes.
Multiple duplicates needed to order/reorder. I spoke with a Dr only once but they needed so many forms filling in it was beyond ridiculous. Then worst of all was the automatic withdrawal of funds each month despite wanting to take a break on two occasions and having communicated that with several people over the phone and in emails. Then being on hold to speak to some poor person who explains that despite the customer having expressly requested NO MORE meds or charges, they can’t refund you today- it’ll take as long as it takes and they take no responsibility over it. Not fun when you’re counting your Pennies and $400 gets wiped out of your account against your wishes on three occasions. I have left MEDVi and will never return. The customer service is dreadful and poorly managed. Go elsewhere!
