Meet Margo (in particular Charlotte and Lucinda) have exceeded every expectation I could have as a first time buyer. Communication is so efficient, and I felt like I could ask about every silly question I had, and was always provided with timely responses. Their knowledge is great and felt supported through the whole process. I've already recommended them to multiple friends, who have all subsequently reached out to tell me how amazing their experience has been too!

Building up to our mortgage renewal this time, given the market, was quite stressful. I started following Meet Margo on Instagram first of all, and just found the way they communicated was straightforward and took all the jargon away, it felt like there was finally a trustworthy source of information about the market that I could rely on and follow. So, when we got to 6 months prior to our renewal being due we signed up to the app and from the minute we did the team took all the stress out of the process. Charlotte in particular was great and kept us well informed, as did the rest of the team whenever we had any questions or didn’t understand aspects of the process.
