This site has never been great but it has rapidly become worse, if you can believe that.
There are so many fake accounts claiming to be celebrities or sugar daddy's offering money. You report these accounts and nothing is done. Weeks later the accounts are still there.
Women are constantly sent unsolicited dick pics (which is now illegal in the UK), you report them and again nothing is done. I am asked to repeatedly verify my account every couple of weeks. And now I've muted because there's been complaints about my messages, because I will tell someone they're a creep before I block them rather than say nothing.

on meet me app, there are people who took your whatspp number and call you with nude lady and she tell you to go to bathroom for cuum, once you go or do video call they capture your video and send you tell you pay or they will viral your video.

Constantly asking me to verify every time I upload a picture when I've already verified it.
Also the app force logged me put and is now telling me the password is wrong and not sending me the recovery emails. I know the password is correct I literally registered and logged in 5 minutes ago.

Meetme is a scam site, they will close your account when you try to cash out for $.

In addition cheapest vip(green) costs $1500(247k gold) they say you get out what you put in BUT that same 247k you paid $1500 for is only worth $600 on cash out, you would have to get 600k in gold from others to get that money back.

They have rules but they are not consistently applied or fair. Do you want to put money on a site that does this and fight to make it work?

Extremely morally wrong on all levels. Meetme some time ago, introduced Biometric face recognition ID, into their platform meaning, members of the app had to verify their identity with a live snapshot of their face to prove you are a real person, often meaning if your account for any reason should get flagged/reported (many reasons too many to list) you would have no choice but to verify this before being allowed to use the app. So, why is it then, that there are still an overwhelming amount of fake profiles being allowed to remain on the meetme server? As many other reviews have pointed out, in relation to live streaming, females command a massive view count compared with a male attempt to live stream, meaning, that, if your male you will struggle to get viewers or gifts depending what your goal is. I have been sadly using this app on and off for around 4 years, mainly because I live in a rural part of the UK, and rarely get the chance to meet ladies in person. I can also vouch that, practically all free online dating platforms, app or web based are a complete waste of anyone's time! All mostly full of fake profiles (men pretending to be women and so on) interestingly, for anyone wondering if there are actually real females on Plenty of Fish, its worth mentioning that, yes there are, because since Meetme & Plenty of fish merged into a live stream deal (god knows why) you will discover a good few women going live from plenty of fish! Bizarre that, as normally they wouldn't usually reply to messages in their inbox! This of course is predictable with the online male population outweighing the female online population 10 fold! Meetme live streams have worldwide access, meaning all nationalities being allowed to view your broadcast, with little filters to rule out any unwanted attention. Although, I am sure a lot of the British women who live stream here do not mind the American thirsty men popping by and dropping lots of credits for the women to cash out if they wish! Trying to get to know women on this is near impossible, because of the sheer volume of men wanting to have their say, sometimes just 1 emoji or 1 word entries the comment stream fills and moves along rather quickly. To have an impact sending a large gift often gets the streamers attention, and yes they have their regular "Vips" in attendance, these men or women with a VIP badge actually pay with their own money to buy virtual gifts from Meetme Group to woo the live streamer and make their presence known! Also, diamond trading exists, where there is a form of competition with many streamers choosing to trade diamonds/virtual credits with each other (with a proportion of commission being payed to Meetme each time you convert) with incentives for the big spenders to obtain better conversion rates and more exclusive gifts. The old saying thw whole worlds gone crazy, and you may start to believe this if you hang around long enough here! To round things off, you will often see familiar members names in various live streams some of which you may not like the look/sound of, but if they are gifting or perhaps a bit of a jack the lad type, the women will always welcome them.

Beware, this app is a paradise for scammers. They use photos of good-looking guys and always want you to get off the app as they say: for better communication. After that, they ask for cash telling sob stories or lies. That should be monitored by whoever runs this app. Plus lots of horny men, don't need to say more. So, after a long in time experience I advise you to look for another app.

Cons:
1- Admins censor almost everything and ban people for no reason.

2- I would estimate 86% of the profiles are fake. You'll come across a lot of people using the same pictures with a different name or location. In fact if you happen to post pictures of yourself don't be surprised if you find someone else using yours photos to Catfish people.
3- Lots of scammers and beggars. So many posts are sob stories of single mums being kicked out of their homes begging for £60 to buy a few bits and pieces.

4- A lot of bullying. So many miserable pathetic people who hate themselves and are therefore sitting at home behind their keyboards spewing hate. Someone might post something like I passed my exams, for example. And the sad f***ers will say go kill yourself or nobody cares. They're incapable of just being civil normal people. Now this happens all over the Internet but on meetme it is on another level I'd say 7 out 10 comments is of this nature.
5- People craving attention so badly that they live stream and tell fake stories of abuse or pretend to be vets suffering from ptsd.

6- Myyearbook or meetme is listed in the playstore as an app to help you connect with people nearby who share similar interests as you and to make friends, yet for some reason so many guys seem to think it's a dating site. This can be annoying if like me you were hoping to make new friends to do fun activities or go to concerts with only to find that majority of the guys and girls are looking for love.

Meet me is a waste of time. You make some diamonds. Someone jealous reports you as fake then they won't let you verify and they delete your account. No way to contact customer service. Then they are basically stealing all your hard earned diamonds back. I was thinking of starting to start a new account. From how I've been treated on there, no customer service and them stealing all my diamonds and garbage people on there. I will bea hard pass on signing up again. Meetme would delete your account for no reason, and you won't get support getting your account back; most women and men are dating each other already or dating other people. I've actually had some pretty comical situations as far as meeting people. One actually dangerous, and that was MONTHS of saying no, and some who called me names or threatened me because I wasn't interested.

So honestly this app basically isn't for the weak. As a woman I can say there are ALOT of men who are very pervy and sexual but ive met some of the best people on there and still talk to them after 4 and 5 years. If you join you just have to know when to "pick your battles" and ignore the trolls or troll them back as I do, I also see alot of people saying it's a waste of money but ive been on and off meet me for about 5 years and never spent a dime and have never been asked to.
