This is just a waste of time and money
This is just a waste of time and money. Yes they pay your cards but it is a quick increase in credit score only that sets you up to now be trapped by them. I missed a payment and they stopped paying my cards. After that they put me on a payment plan blah blah, now I am just stuck paying them with a pretty high interest. Just don't do this.

Tally is better than Prozac. What a relief!
I’m brand new but tally took all of the ‘scary’ parts right out of my hands. I only heard about it and was curious. Just researching tally it nudges you to do the smart thing. I had a small moment of panic but knew I needed a serious change with my finances. So I went with it. Within, I think, 48 hours? My two credit cards were paid off and my interest rate dropped from 28% to 20% and only one payment to worry about to tally. I felt an instant release from the stress I’d been carrying around. Seriously. And then tally let me know my payment was lower than want it had been but suggested an affordable higher amount to be rid of the debt quicker. Much quicker. Tally’s gentle ‘nudging’ into better financial habits is the real deal. Do yourself a favor and get the app.
I am still new and only made one…
I am still new and only made one payment so far but I feel this is the best way to help with my credit card debt.

Terrible service and management
I’ve been a customer with Tally for over four years, always paying on time When I contacted their support team during a financial challenge, they told me they would work with me but recently after I made a payment they “charged off” my account.
When asked why, they didn’t respond.
Update:
Then they called me and said “your account wasn’t charged off, we just need you to set up a payment plan“ which I had already indicated and agreed to.
But their “collections manager“ called me and lost his temper when I told him that I wanted to speak to his manager.
At least we know trustpilot is getting their attention.

No relief in sight
My husband and I both have Tally accounts that we opened in order to find relief and close our credit cards. At first it was great. I didn't have to think about my card due dates and just trusted the process. However, the payments are kind of high, I didn't actually see my amount go down, and none of it is explained very well. I was out of a job for a few months and these payments are draining our account. We are constantly getting hit with overdraft fees. My husband and I both reached out to support to inform them of how we can't even afford basic necessities, and to my husband, they said he is already receiving the lowest payment (which really isn't that "low" at all), and I was told that my statement has not come out so I have to wait and try again. WHAT?! I have no clue what to do and I am beyond frustrated that something that is trying to provide me with "relief" is actually causing me more stress.

I'm disappointed with my experience…
I'm disappointed with my experience using Tally. I've noticed that my credit card debt keeps increasing, and I haven't seen any noticeable improvement. It would be greatly appreciated if Tally could provide a detailed breakdown statement of every payment my husband and I have made. We initially had high hopes for this service, but unfortunately, it hasn't been as helpful as we anticipated. We've been with Tally for over 5 years now, and it's disconcerting to find ourselves in a situation where we had to personally pay off one of our credit cards while still maintaining the same monthly payment for the other card. This discrepancy is concerning to me, and I would appreciate clarification on this matter.

Tally does not always pay credit cards…
Tally does not always pay credit cards on time which results in late payments. They say they will waive the late payment fees, but they do not.
Tally also continues to jack up the interest rates which are higher than most credit cards. I thought tally was supposed to help you pay debt down and save money.

Tally is a predatory company 🚨RUN 🚨
Tally is a predatory company 🚨RUN 🚨
I started using Tally last year and successfully paid off several cards. I kept using it every month because I was looking for a way to easily keep track of all my cards and payment dates. It was a bit annoying to see that the interest rate for the Tally loan kept going up every month but it was still better than my credit card interest so I kept using it figuring if I couldn't cover a card one month at least the interest would be a little less.
I had seen a couple of reviews talking about the predatory nature of Tally but figured that maybe those were isolated incidents or a different situation from my own since this far I had a positive experience. I was very wrong.
In advance of an upcoming payment due on my card I went ahead and added my earmarked credit card payment to Tally since it seemed easier to have Tally disperse the $300 I added most effectively. The $300 showed in my Tally account as -$300 below a $0 balance as credit. My statement for that month showed $0 in fees, charges, or interest since my account had been at $0. After my card's due date, I noticed that Tally hadn't applied my $300 to the payment despite having the card as "Tally pays". I figured it was because the card needed to be updated and re-linked so I reached out to Tally. Upon logging in to see what was going on I noticed that my balance was back to $0 again- the $300 credit had just disappeared without a trace. I asked what had happened to the credit and received a generic response about re-linking my account. When I pressed the issue about where the $300 had gone without warning or explanation I eventually received this response:
"Your Tally+ annual fee is prepaid from your credit line, so there's no upfront cost. You would pay back part of the fee each month.
The annual fee for Tally+ is currently $300.00 per year. The fee is amortized into 12 monthly payments of $25. The $25 monthly fee will be added to your minimum payment due each month."
But they hadn't charged the fee in $25 payments or even shown the fee anywhere in ANY of the statements - instead they just stole $300 that had been added to the account to pay down my cards without any warning or explanation. I asked them to send the $300 back to my original payment method so that it could be used to pay the credit card that desperately needed to be paid and got NO RESPONSE.
Tally is a despicable, predatory company that uses people's desire to pay down credit card debt and gain financial freedom to steal from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I kick myself for trusting them with my money. Find a balance transfer card with an introductory rate or a personal loan instead of letting this company steal your money and leave you in a far worse financial situation.
