My card was used without my knowledge or permission to subscribe. They charged my card 3 different times 2 times for 34.99 and one for 24.99. I noticed it within an hour. I messaged their customer service let them know about the error. They canceled "my subscription" but did not want to return my money. I had to fight with them to get my money returned.

Please note that subscriptions and payments can only be activated after a user completes the checkout process and confirms the transaction through their payment provider. We do not have access to card details and cannot charge a card without authorization from the cardholder and the bank.
That said, if there was any confusion or unauthorized activity, we always encourage members to contact us immediately — which you did — so we can review the transactions together with our billing department and payment processor.
Refund decisions are handled individually based on the payment provider’s confirmation and account activity. If you feel that your case was not resolved properly, we invite you to contact our support team again with your account ID and transaction details so we can re-examine the situation carefully.
