I have not received my full order of…
I have not received my full order of Guanjin face cream. I ordered 3 but picked up only 2 on Saturday and was told that the 3rd one will be delivered to me on Monday. It's been a week and no response from Megamall online to complete my order. Some response or feedback would be appropriate.

Poor Service & No Refund Options
I purchased three cushions, and when I bought the second batch, they were different from the first ones. Instead of offering a refund, exchange, or any form of compensation, the company just gave me a lame excuse saying, “yes, the product is different” & that was it.
No solutions, no accountability, no customer care. They take your money quickly, but once there’s a problem, they disappear. No after-sales support whatsoever.
Watch out! If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Regrettable
I bought few items from this people. They sell useless, bad quality items which doesn't qualify the amount they charge. Stay away from them if you know how hard did you work for your money. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them.
