Order was delayed and missing item. Can't complete the job for customer. Definitely not a good first impression. Probably won't be a repeat customer due to this experience.

This thing won’t cycle v nails every other one shears then gets jammed. It’s completely inoperable.

Incompetent shipping
The stapler may, or may not, have been a good product but I cant tell you because Meite or Amazon never delivered it. I think Amazon did their fulfillment. Whatever.
Ten days after I submitted the order, the ship notice still said they had created a label but never received the tool. I called the customer service phone and Carlos couldn't locate my stapler for almost 15 minutes.
Finally, I told him to cancel the order and process a refund. By then I was up against a deadline and had to buy something from a local retailer ASAP. Meite did the refund reasonably quickly.
