Ordered a top and it was very poor quality & looked nothing like the item on line.
Product ships from China which I did not know & would have to be returned to China which would be very costly.
They ended up offering a 30% credit which makes this purchase a waste of money.
Hard lesson learned!!

I ordered a peacoat for my husband from Melissa Style. It's great quality, but fit a little small compared to his other coats. I contacted customer support, and they did a great job working with me to find the right fit. They sent me a sizing chart upon request. They were very responsive and offered one on one support if I needed any further help. After we determined the correct size and requested the exchange, they responded quickly by processing a new order and sending out the the new coat. Thank you again for all of your help in making this a perfect birthday gift for my husband.

Ladies listen up for all those happy reviews they are BS! This stuff is SHEIN/Temu quality!!!!! Please listen to me because I read the reviews and thought that they’re more happy than negative so I would give it a chance & paid $45 for a blazer that came such cheap material just like Temu came from China took weeks to be delivered. Save your money this is just Chinese cheap crap. You can’t even trust American sounding names and I’m mad at myself because I didn’t do my homework enough. Please listen to me to all you that were like well maybe that person was just mad. No this is Temu/ SHEIN quality. I can’t say it enough!

I ordered a winter coat garment on January 22, 2026 , received it and the quality of the coat was very cheap.. purchased it for $79.95. Under the description it states "high quality" and it is as cheap as you get off temu...then the website states a " straight forward" return to give the consumer a peace of mind... They are negotiating a percentages to me instead of simply and peacefully giving me a full refund and taking the jacket back. They offer to give me 16 bucks and coat . NO I WANT A PEACEFUL, STRAIGHT FORWARD FULL REFUND AND YOU CAN TAKE THE COAT TOO!

The picture was so deceptive, when I received the product 15days late the trench coat was made of thin fabric just like another shirt not a coat by any means. Runs smaller than the size your order. Never buy from here. I wasted 60$.

I have owned other similar thongs, but these are now my new favourite.

What they depicted on their end was entirely two different things. They made it look like it was a heavy knit or wool sweater. What I got was a flimsy fabric sweater with an ugly dickie attached to it I didn't even think would be part of the garment. Could have probably got this through Shein for 10 bucks. I'll stick to the tried and true clothing stores and veer clear away from these boutique sellers.
