Bought two squishies. One smelt fine the other, crunchy cheese had such a strong chemical smell like paint stripper it made my eyes sting it was that strong. Emailed them to say I’m not happy and they gave some tips to air it and wash gently. Did those. Smell didn’t go. Asked for a refund which they were happy to give once I’d returned it to them, no problem in returning it, except the expense of returning it is down to the customer, returning it from the UK to Australia isn’t cheap. It’s disgraceful that the product is below standards yet the customer has to pay and lose money. So in the bin it goes because my children are not playing with it. Will not order anything else from here.

I ordered 6 squishies from them (quite expensive). I received my package, and I noticed it was ripped open at the top and the box was damaged. No big deal though; stuff goes wrong in shipping; that's not their fault. In my order, all the squishies were incredible, but unfortunately, less than one day into playing with one, it got a hole in it. I reached out to Mellow Squishes customer service email and explained the situation. Upon reviewing my order details, I also realized that one of the squishies I had ordered wasn't in the box (I hadn't noticed up until this point). I asked for a refund or a replacement for the two toys, adding photos for proof. They responded promptly and addressed my complaints. I was impressed with their turnaround time, and as soon as those refunds are processed, I will be going back and repurchasing those two items. I have had bad experiences with customer service before, but I am happy to say this was not one of them! I am very happy with this company!

I ordered from here 27th August 2026, it is currently September seventh 2026. I have been waiting and waiting for it to come. I also had to pay seven pound shipping, which is mental. Please fix service and make it better for other customers. Make sure you see how much shipping is and have a good think about how much you are spending. SHEIN has better squishys. For cheaper price, I am waiting, still. I hope my squishy comes fast. Or i'm writing a review for 1 star
