You can also tear the strips say for hand washing a single item. If you want to use less for larger loads, try tearing and spreading them around the load/machine making sure some go in the drum before the load.
It takes a few extra seconds but will use less and cost less as it focuses the detergent more evenly

Not good cleaning whites
Not very good at getting my whites white. Still came out grey. Ok for washes to refresh clothes rather than wash dirty clothes.

Thanks for taking your time to review. The link below is how you can get your whites white again. There are many such blogs online as white's do fade over time. No detergent will avoid this unfortunately.
As for stains let us know what you are trying to shift and we offer a free fast custom solution. Melt is really competent at most stains as it contains bio enzymes but bad stains should always be pre treated with a stain removing product. No detergent will remove bad stains every time.
A vegetable stain soap applied to a stain for a few mins works great and also will whiten collars a little.

Swift response to phone call requiring extra supplies. The product is easy to store ( the size of a very small package) and the leaves perform brilliantly.

I love these laundry strips
I love these laundry strips, they have a lovely odour, don’t leave streaks or residue and would definitely recommend them. There are two of us, and a box of 60 lasts a month (we do a lot of washing on dog beds/ rugs too, can vouch leaves all smelling lovely)

We are glad you would agree that a few pence a wash (still we are only 1p/garment) can be a small price to pay for not having 12 empty plastic jugs or boxes a year to dispose of. The postage is a cost we don't pass on and saves the trip to the lovely detergent aisle too! A regular hot clean/service wash of a machine and filter check can save hundreds £ a year and improve machine performance. We like to think of laundry and Melt detergent as part of a system that helps water get dirt out of clothes whilst not making our water more polluted. I have been using Melt Laundry strips for several months now (enough time, I think, to give an informed review).
The strips work well (even on muddy, oily work clothes) and are very easy to use.
My account is easy to access and modify when needed. Several times I have had to either slow down or speed up my order and it has never been a problem.
If I need to reorder urgently they arrive within a couple of days.

I love this product
I love this product. Cleaning quality is great and great delivery. Love the smell of the sheets in the box, but wish the scent could be slightly stronger when washed. I am not dropping the score as I am happy overall.

Above all else since we started fragrance is the most divisive some want more some less and some Love it and a few even hate it! We will bear this in mind as we formulate future products also.
There are a couple of ways to be sure you're getting the full fresh fragrance just make sure the machine is as clean as possible and the filter is unblocked as those can dull the fresh outcome. The dirty/part blocked filter (even a coin does this) in particular can leave clothes very wet/fusty at the end as the pump doesn't empty the drum fully.
Of course you can always use a little more: the strips can be torn so you don't need to use a whole extra strip and keep costs down.
Finally you can place into the clothes as well as on the top of the load that works for me.

Environmental gem
Lovely scent. Hassle free delivery service. Can fit through the letterbox so no need to be in. Wash well. Happy to know I’m doing my big for the environment with no waste but more expensive so will need to see how finances go and see how long I can maintain the subscription. Great product though.

Let me email with some up to date tips and we can help you use less strips and save money. You seem to have soft water (lucky you!) so in theory should need less than those in hard water ares like the South East.
Melt has not increased prices for subscribers so per wash (22p) is one of the cheapest even v big brands. With all the advantages.
Other "eco"brands have increased prices 2 or 3 times (40%) in the last 12 months without even telling their subscribers. We would definitely not do that!
We can now also help with custom stain removal also. Just tell us what you are struggling to shift (wine, blood on silk etc ) and we will reply quickly with a plan. Please watch for an email soon and we can then work to extend your frequency and save you money. Thanks The Melt Team
