Ordered 17th of october and still haven’t anything delivered . They promised a refund and guess what , still haven’t received a refund .

I ordered some dresses on 8th August 2022. Not delivered as promised within 1wk. I sent 1st email, they said it is being delivered next wk. Nothing happened after 2wks 2email sent, they said it is stuck with delivery so a refund will fe sent to my credit Card ac. Nothing happened until end of November. Sent 3rd email, now no response. Obviously VERY BIG SCAM. I wonder how they are fleecing people & noone takes any responsibility for this kind of thing. This is daylight robbery. Now I will have to go to my CC company to ask them to chase this. What a big hassle for so many like me. Disgusted

Ordered in early October 5 and when I emailed a few weeks later I was told 30 days to ship. I waited 45ish days and emailed again and more crap. Finally asked that they cancel my order and send refund and was told November 15 that it would be processed in 15 business days. Now 28 business days later and nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This place is a huge scam. My kid now gets to say "I told you so" Now just to hope the bank can help. 🤬🤬

I made a purchase o August 15, 2022, and I still waiting for my items. I send an email and no real answer. They still have my money and no refund. The worst customer service in my whole life.

Same as the other reviews ordered in August website said ships within 24 hours. Reached out in September and said they were behind because of Covid. Twice more so asked for refund they said 15 business days but nothing. Now the emails don't go through and the website is down. Ticks me off that there are scammers like this. And obviously I'm not getting my money back. What a joke.

I bought items in 2022 August till now December I have not yet received the goods it keeps saying Awaiting shipping, I am losing trust on them. Frustrated customer

Ordered items from this company back on August 20, 2022 and still have not seen anything, I sent numerous emails and text but they keep telling me it’s because of COVID and that they will look into it ASAP with the warehouse that sends it out, but apparently they keep telling me that they have nothing to do with the warehouse. I asked to have my money put back on my credit card but no response. I think I have been more then patient, frustrated more like it. I want this company shut down if they cannot accommodate clients with the product. I purchased these items on a prepaid Visa and not sure if I can get it back because of the time frame. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star

Once Again Scammed. Cannot get through to these Fraud Artist. At least the other 2 companies I ordered clothes from as they were selling clothes
Shipped a cheap ring. Tracking # made it look as if it was shipped from China and arrived at Burnaby BC when the rings arrived the shipping label shows that it came out of Missisauga Ontario Canada. Really SUCKS with this economy that companies Thrive on scamming people. SHAME ON YOU!!!! Shame on me for trusting.

Total scam! I placed a order back in Septrmber and I still have not received it. Plus. Its hard to get a hold of anybody to ask about your order. They need to alert ppl. To not send this fake company no money! There are so many bad reviews on this fake company.I wish I would have read the reviews first.

This review should be “NO” stars….failure on all fronts..fraud..scam…all the above…items were ordered (Aug 01, 2022), account debited (Aug 08, 2022)..I’ve been sending messages…their words…because of Covid…they have been back logged in sending orders out…also because of Covid it will take 15 business days to receive your full refund…STILL NO FRONTS ON EITHER ORDERS IR REFUND..very disappointed with this company!!!
