Meridian Estate Agents

Very helpful and positive, best real estate experience by far

The woman who showed me around was super helpful, friendly and chatty. If I had any questions she was able to answer. Just a lovely experience.

Leah was fantastic!

Excellent service from Leah who is a great asset to Meridian.

Very professional, excellent communication Leah went above and beyond to ensure the sale was completed.

Can’t recommend Meridian enough.

Thank you for everything Leah.

Katie was most helpful awnsered all my questions i had, she knew the property inside out very good communication was kept from her end would definatly recommend

Lakeisha has been the most help to us when finding us a place to rent. The whole process has been made incredibly smooth and everything has happened at a quick pace. Had so many negative experiences with estate agents but meridian has defiantly been the best.

Lakeisha was very helpful with our house viewing! Has helped us with all the questions and problems we had as well as providing a very friendly and welcoming service at the same time!

Lakeisha and Katie were both fantastic and I look forward to moving in to my new property. Thank you!!

I had a very positive experience with Meridian Agents, which answered fast to all my question. Lovely job!

Emma and the Meridian team have been great, the service has been spot on.

I was impressed with Emma Ford from the first meeting. I live abroad most of the year and decided to rent out my property with some trepidation but Emma's professional and experienced business acumen made the process run smoothly. She is good at matching buyers and sellers of properties. Meridian offer an excellent package for their clients in my opinion.

Really easy and straight forward great communication from the Meridian team from the start when Josh saw the property that we wanted to let out through to Jasmine organising the paperwork and Emma organising the viewing . Not sure how you could fault them .

I couldnt recommend Emma enough for her outstanding service from start to finish! She was always happy to help and went out of her way to assure I recieved the best service. She has advised me throughout the process and helped me secure the flat that I really wanted! Out of all of the estate agents and viewings that I have done she really stood out with her exceptional customer service. Thank you Emma!!

We have come to Emma over the past 10 years for all our letting requirements. Two flats and a House in Ashley cross. We have always been matched with excellent tenants, felt well informed and looked after. A true professional who we now consider a great friend.

Emma was a great help in us moving into our new property. She was very professional and let us know well in advanced what we needed to do and all relevant details. It is a stressful time moving into a property and Emma made us feel at ease and very welcoming.

Leah was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. She did all she could to ensure we had a positive experience in buying our first home.

While looking for a house to rent in Bournemouth I contacted with many agencies in the area. The experience with Meridian was really great. They worried for what I really need supporting me from the very begining of the process. I wold like to underline the commitment of Lakeisha, the agent who worked with me to find a suitable property. She is a great profesional and always will to help!

Would just like to say how helpful Danie at Meridian has been, she was so friendly and honest when she took us to view. And her customer service and care afterwards has been amazing (especially compared to other estate agents who don't bother to contact nor show initiative!)

Thankyou Danie for all your help in our property search!

Danie has been a star, i have viewed many flats with different agents in the past few months, Danie really stands out for me, she is very personal, efficient, trustworthy and patient. we felt very comfortable sharing our thoughts with her and asking for her professional advice. Therefore we are very happy to recommend Meridian and Danie to others.

Lakeisha has been an absolute star! One of those people who definitely goes the extra mile and helped me find a great house to rent

Meridian have been great, providing quick responses to any questions and making it easy to continue with the next steps such as referencing.
Also I have to praise lakeisha, she has done an amazing job showing us around the initial property and helping with the process afterwards.
