Superb crew to manage my removals from Liverpool to Northumberland. From Lisa in the office to boss John & team of Paul, Jack & Eric on the day. Well organised, efficient, great in dismantling beds, very careful with fragile items. Worked round my dates even tho they were very busy & bang on time for delivery.

Thank you so much to Jack, Eric and Brad for helping with the move. They were fabulous and worked so incredibly hard. Would definitely recommend Merseyside Movers, great service.

On moving day, Paul and Charlie were absolutely fantastic. Despite delays outside of our control in being able to unload, they remained professional, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout. Their hard work and calm approach made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

Hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever used, period. From the office staff (Lisa) to the actual movers (Andrew, Jack, Paul), every single person was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much for them. They were unbelievably helpful in every way, clearly love their jobs and there is a fantastic work ethic and GENUINE care for people at this company. They made moving house, what can often be the most stressful time for people, the smoothest it could possibly have been. Carried out a relocation move from Liverpool to Edinburgh December 2024.
Communication was second to none from start to finish. Items to be moved were discussed and agreed in advance which avoided any awkward conversations on the day .
John, the owner, offered to visit prior the move to view the contents to ensure all went smoothly on the day .
John was very calm and reassuring which is exactly what you need during a stressful experience .
Both John and Jack earned their money they moved the contents from a first floor flat in Liverpool to a third floor flat in Edinburgh .
Well done ! and all done with humour .

From start to finish we were delighted with this company. From quote to delivery of packing materials etc, and then the day of the move. The movers worked incredibly hard packing the vans at one end and then unpacking at the new house. They were very polite and very respectful of our belongings and keen to put everything exactly where I wanted. All round excellent service. Thank you.

Moving is said to be one of the most stressful things you do in life! No need for any stress with these guys!
John came straight away after we first contacted them. Totally professional in his approach which really put us at ease. From our first contact to moving took over 6 months and when we eventually got a completion date john was so accommodating and fitted us in.
They turned up before the move date and packed up my kitchen in lightning speed!
On removals day Frank and Jack turned up and moved every item from our house. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything moved with care as if it was their own.
They both had a great sense of humour all day long

I'm a former DJ and my vinyl alone weighs a ridiculous amount and I wanted my records upstairs.
Over 45 years I had amassed more stuff than I care to admit to, these guys worked flat out until the job was done and they did it cheerfully.
I would use them again in a heartbeat.
