Superb help for someone who has limited knowledge of all things internet including FTTP lines, installation etc.
The help given by Gemma Bickerton was exceptional, a real pleasure to deal with not only from the knowledge she was able to give but the way in which she imparted it. Brilliant!

Easy to book the broadband in advance for house move, had a bit of a problem getting it sorted until I talked with Geema, Sorted in no time, and a good phone number supplied. Fantastic service, broadband speed amazing. I would highly recommend Merula.

My Merula hosted website and associated family emails stopped working at the weekend, and I was informed late Sunday morning. I emailed Merula support and within an hour or so all was working again.

Really excellent support and so reassuring to know that problems will dealt with so efficiently.

I have to say that Merula support is normally excellent in all areas in my experience over 20+ years!!

I was looking to get internet sorted out quickly and went ahead with a router and package from Merula, not entirely sure how fast things would move. I’ve been genuinely impressed with how swift and smooth the process has been.

A special thanks to Gemma, who followed up with me multiple times via WhatsApp to make sure everything was set up properly and running smoothly. Her support was proactive, friendly, and reassuring—she’s clearly an asset to the company.

Connectivity-wise, I’m getting the speeds I was promised, and everything is stable so far. I’m hoping this continues, but for now, I’m more than happy and would definitely recommend Merula.

If anything changes, I’ll update my review—but so far, fingers crossed, it’s been excellent.

Quite a seamless experience. Completed on our House on the 20th and moved in on the 21st. Service was up and running straightaway. Router was already pre-delivered to our former address a few days prior as well. So far, so good.

Usually a flawless internet service, however, when our internet went down on site on one occasion, Gemma was super helpful in assisting me and provided regular updates until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our experience. Had a minor issue during check-out which was rectified rapidly after emailing support. Was able to get my direct debit date changed at the same time which was very helpful. The router came ready to plug and play, couldn't have been easier and we've had the speeds advertised. Everything has gone smoothly and help was available when needed.

Merula - broadband supplier through OFNL. What a refreshingly amazing company! We had a wide choice of providers to choose from but are so delighted we landed on Merula. The sales and customer support has been outstanding from all of the folk we have been in contact with - particular callout to Katie Stannard who was our main contact but all have gone out of their way to help. Merula and their staff are a real standout company - we are VERY impressed and highly recommend them.

I recently moved to a new property and couldn't go with any of the well known (to me) broadband providers so had to go through OFNL to find one. After much deliberation I settled on Merula, and I'm glad I did! They sent the router out really quickly, too quickly for me in fact, which meant the router went missing after delivery! A search of the property and the developers chasing staff and contractors brought no joy and I assumed the router had been stolen, so I contacted Merula, explained and Gemma organised a new one to be shipped out FoC! I was so grateful! Completion date finally arrives and the Solicitor, eventually, sent over money etc so we could get the keys, we went into the house and there, sat on the counter was the original router! Some kind soul had spotted it, put in the property, but forgot to tell anyone! Sheepishly I contacted Merula again and they were great, giving me the address to return the excess router to, without making me feel even more foolish!
I hope this great customer service continues, as we go forward!

The router was also simple to set up and was done in about 2 minutes! Idiot proof, even for me! Would heartily recommend on the service we have received so far

At first I couldn’t get the internet to work, so I emailed in and got a phone call right away from a Gemma Bickerton who helped get it sorted right away, she was very polite and kind over the phone which made it much easier!
the internet was up and running within 30 mins so was really happy with the service provided!
