Disappointing Experience
I went to purchase the device on the Shop app and was redirected directly to the site. Once on the site it was suggested that you would get a discount if you download the app. On the app it asks for your personal information and CLEARLY ADVERTISES a discount if the items are purchased through the app. At checkout I applied the code that is all over the app just to receive an "invalid" message. This gives the impression that you are being lured in to receive emails and texts for marketing... but the promised and stated discount is not available, DESPITE IT CLEARLY SAYING IT IS on the app. While its disappointing, it was a waste of time, and it gives an unnecessary negative experience as a first time user. I didn't go looking for a discount... it was suggested to me... so why not simply remove it from advertising a discount if it won't be honored?
**UPDATE**
I have an email out to confirm the status of my order. At first glance it appears my review may have led to the cancelation of my entire order. Which is odd since my feedback was solicited and I gave an honest review of my personal experience. I never asked for an actual refund (a price adjustment as suggested in the response would've definitely been fine) and while I would like to receive the item that I ordered, I understand if their chosen resolution is to refund the entire order. I appreciate the prompt response either way.

You sent me the wrong size needles for the second time. I ordered 1mm needles, you sent 1.5mm. I did not complain the first time and used it but it was just too long. Please fix this
